teamlowe - big hugs hun. It's tough isn't it. It sounds like they wouldn't intentionally do anything to upset you, but that's not always much consolation when you are upset!

I often feel like that tbh. My sister's been on her own since my niece was 5 months old when her husband had an affair and left (w*nker). She's done a brilliant job and is a fantastic mum but my parents still over-compensate (10 years on).

Wow lilymay have you been trying since the month of your last babys birth? Im going to be an older mum (well by my families standards, at 32/33) and I had the idea that I should just bang them out one after the other :rotfl: i want 3, and if its going to take this long to conceive every one, I was thinking it would be better to just do it sooner rather than space them out

But I was told that after you have a baby you dont feel like going through all that for another year or so! I take it thats not true then?

Apparently not! You know, everything has stemmed from my daughters death. She wasn't planned and before her, babies hadn't even crossed my mind :O

OH and i knew we wanted a bigger family even before DS was born hence why we started trying straight away. Stupidly we thought it would happen quickly again! Ah well, if it had i wouldn't have met you lot :P

I've just made some cupcakes with my kitchenaid :D I'll post a pic when they're done.

Good luck with the IVF CountyBum and big hugs to everyone who needs them today :)

Some of you may remember I failed the hormone test on the day of transfer last cycle, so don't hold your breath:o

Have you thought about getting some help from the fertility specialist (NHS)? IVFs are not as bad as what people say. It may get you pg quicker and afterall the end product (baby) is all we care about.

lilymay, you got pg before, you can again. Relaaaax:p

    Glad all went well qq

IVF is Tuesday, well, appointment for drugs, dates etc. Just waiting for AF to show so they can get all my dates together.... this is where the problem lies. Was expecting AF on mon, but still not here. Have had sore (.)(.) as usual on run up to af, had a bit of spotting over wkend and my tummy feels as if I've got AF, but no AF....confused! Did a test on Tues and BFN...just done another and now not sure:eek:...can I run it by you all? Don't know how to post pics though

countrybum - that sounds promising! Hopefully someone will be along soon with picture advice (I have no idea about how that works). Then we'll all check it out for a TLP/BFP :D

I want to, I really do! After visiting friends at the weekend, who have a 6 month old son, OH is feeling more broody than ever too. But.....I could be out of a job soon, and OH is waiting for his work to confirm a job offer in the UK, and a moving date (:j:j:j). So we need to hold off for at least a few months.

Then again, no AF still. No cramps since Monday/Tuesday (I forget which day exactly) and no spotting. Boobs still sore and I'm irritable. Not sure what to make of it. Been debating on the other thread whether I should POAS tomorrow morning. Logic being that if, by some miracle, it's positive, I need to get to the GP asap and rule out ectopic etc, and the GP isn't open on Saturday's.

Yay for good bloods! I hope the transfer goes ahead as planned too! Keeping my fingers crossed for you! :D:j:j:j
