I spoke too soon yesterday, I have sore b00bs today, a sign of AF arriving.
I am pushing ahead with trying to lose weight this month. Salad every day for lunch and tea/dinner this week.

I know how temping it is to use figures that make your chart look ideal, but remember it won't change what your body is actually doing.

Thanks for the vital info - will stick to the under armpit readings until next cycle but hopefully wont need it

As for going to the doctors, I'd go since you've been TTCing for a long time. How do you know that your partner has no swimmers?

I know that work can get very stressful. I had really stressful day yesterday and today, but it's all sorted for now:o Glad you had the courage to give it up, fingers crossed you'll catch the egg this cycle:)

I am not changing mid cycle - i think the cycle days are either 27 or 28 days

Sorry to just pop on with a question without catching up with everyone properly first but I'm getting desperate here - please help!!

I've got an appt for a hycosy at 11am tomorrow, and am just at the end of AF. I would expect tomorrow to be the last AF day, and it's very light - but still there. In the information from the clinic it says it can't be done if you're on your period. When the nurse was making the appt she said something about it being ok if it was right at the end, but it was just a passing comment.

I've been trying to get in touch with the clinic since thursday but I just cannot get through. I've left countless voicemail messages on every phone number I've got for them, I've emailed, and I've replied to the appt reminder text. All their info says they get back to you within 24 hrs but still nothing. I just need to speak to someone there to find out if it can go ahead tomorrow, or if I need to reschedule.

Am in a right panic now as I just can't get hold of anyone and I don't know what to do. I wish we hadn't bothered with any of this now tbh. This clinic is supposed to be great and they won't even answer the phone.

Help!
