Having taken the week off work for our mc think I'm going to be a little embarrassed to be going back tomorrow with a sunburn :o it did rain all week though and I feel much better for a very breezy walk at the beach, I didn't even notice the sun.
We dtd last night for the first time since the one that got us pregnant, my poor OH
lilymay, that's rubbish about your kitchenaid! Are you going to get one anyway?

I too have the Sunday blues :( The supermarket didn't have the cereal I like and I was so annoyed that I almost burst into tears and had a go at DH as he put cakes in the trolley and we are supposed to be on a diet!

Had to spend yesterday evening at a family gathering, sister and sil are getting really big bumps now and I was feeling really jealous, they were getting presents too from our gran and I got nothing but a 'pity' look

Re vitamins: I have been taking pregnacare conception and DH has been taking the wellman ones.

Why do they want you to stop ttc for 10 weeks? Why would it make a difference to any tests they do?

Sorry I didn;t reply to this before. My iPod died mid-reply then last night I was out and today I've been out most of the day, so this is the first chance I've to revisit it, and of course my iPad lost my reply! Grrr.

So. Anyway. As I understand it, you can;t be pregnant when they run the tests for a few reasons. One is that they need to know your non-pregnant baseline for hormones and stuff, so they need to do tests when you are not PG. Also, if you get PG while waiting for the results to come back then by the time they get them you may well have lost another baby, because a lot of the problems that cause recurrent miscarriage need to be treated as soon as you find out your PG, for example if you need daily injections of heparin to stop clotting problems.

So they just can't do their job if you are PG or get PG during the process.

It's a bummer but it's only three cycles. I'm happy to lose those if it means we get a live baby later.

Although...felt sick all day today, have a metallic taste in my mouth and have had Montgomery's Tubercules for a week! Going to test Tues or Weds but there is a distinct possibility that I am pregnant and I'd then have to postpone my appointment (notice I am so used to losing my babies that I assume any pregnancy would end in miscarriage :( )

hugs to all with CD1 and Sunday blues. I had a rockin' Sunday personally - was singing at the big church in Oxford today and it was greeeeaat! :D Big band, choir of my laydeez, fabulous time with God :D

I really hope that you are pg and that it all works out for you okay, or that you manage to get some answers from the tests they will potentially run if not.

How many DPO are you now? You have long cycles don't you?

Claire and QQ - I'm going to hang fire on the kitchenaid and see if it drops further!

Mog- FF didn't know what to do with my crosshairs last month and it ended up putting them on at 3 different points throughout my cycle. I had EWCM pretty much all the fricking way through last time so my body was not helping me work things out! Hopefully T2D's CBFM will helps me plan a bit better.

I know I said it yesterday, but if I didn't know better I would be pretty confident I'm pg at the moment. I've been sick once already this morning and I feel hideous. It's weird. Because I know I'm not, I've not been SS'ing but I just keep noticing stuff. Meh. Can't believe I'm CD5 already, this cycle is flying. Might ov in like a week? :D

Back at work today. Erugh. My big boss is back in and I really dislike the guy. He told me in our 'hows it going' chat last Friday that he thought I ..."hadn't done too badly".
Now I'm not being funny, but he couldn't have said anything much more insulting. Not only has he been on !!!!!!!g annual leave for the last few weeks...he hasn't yet worked with me so how no idea much I've learned and how well I've done. I'm fuming even thinking about it! Arrogant c0ck.

My sunday blues have gone so hopefully everyone else's have too. Hope everyone has a nice day. LM xx

Is anyone else having trouble with FF this morning? For some reason it won't let me put my temp in. Any ideas?
ETA: ignore that. It's working now - must have just been having a slow morning lol.

lilymay - I feel your pain with the stupid boss. I can't stand mine either. Roll on maternity leave for all of us so we get some time away from these w.ankers.
mogwai - hope your temp was up this morning.
skintchick - good luck. Hope that you are pg, and that this one's a sticky one x.
rumfeeble - hugs for the family party. I'm sure your gran could have got you something too, that sounds a bit mean!

AFM - massive mood swings over the weeked. On sat was totally convinced I'm pg (for no reason, just thought I was). Then yesterday I was v close to tears in Asda as the checkout lady was pg and kept talking about it. Oh well, 11DPO and LP was 12 days last cycle so should know soon.

    Good morning ladies

Hope everyone had a good weekend! :) Mine was good but went far too quickly as usual! Lots of drinking and eating as it was my birthay party on Saturday and family dinner and drinks yesterday. Fab! :D My SIL is going back to work today after having 6 weeks off for her MC (very considerate managers!) and I know she's dreading it, she's used to her afternoon naps! We were walking around the shops yesterday and she got all upset outside Mothercare and had to move away so she couldn't see it, breaks my heart. I know how upset I feel sometimes looking in there from the outside (both literally and metaphorically) so it must be so much harder for those who've lost babies so hugs to everyone who's had a loss. :o

AFM I'm still sleeping with an eye mask and I think I'll sleep without it tomorrow - thursday and see what happens. Would be a bleeding miracle if it did cause OV... I'm feeling optimistically pessimistic! ;)

Oh and had a big cry at OH on Saturday about how bad I was feeling and how he wasn't helping AT ALL with it and he actually apologised for not supporting me when I clearly need an emotional rock and has been so much better since! So yay, all is lovely again at home! :)
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Love those services Skintchick - I go to a really small country church now and I do miss the big happy clappy church I used to be a part of!

Lilymay - I take the wellwoman conception ones and oh takes the wellman ones. We call them his man pills - I love the fact his are blue and mine are pink!

Birdie - sounds like you have a very lovely oh.

Into the 2nd week of 2ww now and seem to be trying to convince myself at every opportunity that this month won't be our month. I seem to be dead positive up until the last week of my cycle when it all goes negative in ZC world!
