Hi lillymay, think I am in the same situation as you. I think am past ovulation now. Body and tests different from chart. Have had what I think are postives ov sticks monday and tuesday, but not sure as first time using them. Been checking cerv fluid and they seem to along the lines of ov stick.
Managed to BD around those times or before. Just have to wait and see. It's my first month of really taking note of these things and not even sure what my av cd days are. Am finding this all very interesting and all you lovely ladies give great advice and have learnt so much.

No chart. I don't temp or anything, mostly because I'm too dipsy to remember. I go by ewcm which worked until this year then my body went crazy.

Hmmm, that didn't actually occur to me. Only got ics and I'm reluctant after doing about a million last cycle. I'll see what happens today and if AF hasn't come in her full colours I'll test tomorrow.

Everything I've read so far says that a 5-10% weight loss is a good idea. My BMI is currently about 22ish, would I still benefit from this? 5% would be about half a stone so managable, if there would be some point to it.

I may well be clutching at straws here but if we do have to go down the IUI route then I want to make sure I've given it the best chance of working.

I think if you have a normal BMI it might not help. in fact, it could take you underweight which has its own problems.

Its my first month with OPK's, temping and CM so i am clueless! My chart is telling me i've OV'ed but you could have fooled me. I have no idea wha i'm looking for with temps so i'll just wait and see if AF arrives! Ha!

CD 1 for me today

I feel horrid, I really thought this was going to be our month, we dtd every other day from CD8 right round to CD26 I was sure we would catch that eggy!

A woman with a big pregnant tummy sat opposite me on the bus on the way to work and she kept rubbing her belly, a silent little tear rolled down my face. I cant believe its not my turn yet, I have waited patiently, I have been a good girl

Hugs for anyone else on CD1 today..... it sucks!

Not my month either, as AF arrived today.

Oh well, I wasn't expecting too much this month, as didn't BD much or chart ovalation.
