Hi becca - perfectly normal! It's only natural to feel a bit 'why not me', however pleased you are for people. Best advice I can give is come and have a little rant on here, does me the world of good!

CD is cycle day. CD1 is the first day of your period (counted from when you get red, fresh blood). Sometimes you may get a bit of spotting beforehand, but CD1 is when it properly starts, if that makes sense.

I second that - completely normal! I've had two announcements in the last week, am genuinely over the moon for my friends, but always feel a bit shell-shocked when I hear the news.

Lilymay - I did a short stint in a nursery and they had 1:3 in the baby room too. It worked fine when I was there, but unless you were feeding or changing or settling them, they were in their cot/playpen, so that might not be how you'd want to parent/baby-raise...?

Afm, no idea what cd I'm on and don't care :p I'm just going with NTNP for at least this cycle (which could be who knows how long! ;)) and I'll be rearranging my FS appointment to the end of summer. Hopefully nature will intervene in the meantime... No bump and no MIL at Christmas might be a bit too much to handle :(:o Anyway, it's my big numbered birthday on monday, and the funeral the day after, so we'll see how this week goes first...

oh and welcome back secrets! I've missed you!!

Thinking of you bz, sounds like NTNP is a good plan for the moment and really hope nature will intervene and you will have a bump at Christmas :o Hope the funeral next week goes as well as it can and is a celebration of a wonderful life.

As for my ov, I don't know the specific cut off for ov date, but I'd assume if they see that the eggs are taking massively long time, then they'll want to give me something like clomid for next cycle.

It's not the end of the world, I just need to wait for the next cycle:o (I may need to miss the next cycle though, as I have work:mad:).

    Kayles,
good luck with day 21 test, hope it is done after you ov:)
lilymay, congrats to your OH for the job!:j:T:j
    Tinkwings, massive hugs for AF:(
    smiley_hug.gif
TeamLowe, hugs for AF to you too:o 87 days is a long time to wait for AF:o

(How do you cross your nips?)
    mrsj28, I don't mind having no career if I have a child:)
But no career and no baby is not for me:o
Good vibes, glad you got the all clear from the family planning clinic:)
Bigzippy, fingers crossed for a bump for Christmas:)

QQ - Man, that would be pants to miss the next cycle cos of work. Add me to the loooong list of MSE'rs sending lots of growth thought to the eggies!

Missed a few days on here, seems like lots going on. Hugs to Tinkwings for CD1. TeamLowe - kind of want to yay you for your PMA!

I have work chats too re future plans. Although I work for my Mum and Dad but we havn't told them we're ttc and tbh, we really don't have that kind of relationship. They're very keen for me to set up a business that would require me working all the hours god sends whereas I'm always thinking, yes, but if I have a baby, all will change! They know that too, we just discuss it as if it's this far off option. I'm 31 !!!!!! - they know full well we're hoping it'll happen soon.

CD26 for me today and no ov this month. AF due tomorrow and feels like she's on her way. I've been grumpy cos from hell this week, sore chesticles and just that horrible dragging feeling in your tummy and back that makes you think here we go again.

Off to a wedding this weekend which should be a good one. I'll be back on here on Sunday with a hangover, probable AF and therefore a MASSIVE FEAST OF FOOD. I've not been eating that much this week to fit into a dress on Sat!

If your AF is normal, then I'd guess you ov'd about 2 weeks ago:o
Fingers crossed the witch doesn't arrive:cool:
