    Congrats you two! :):):)
QQ I have my fingers crossed for you, am I right in thinking you'll have to wait til after Ov next cycle to have them implanted?

Not taking anything so far as I ave my doubts about herbal remedies so I wan to ask gp first, scared of messing myslef up further. Plus I know a massive factor is my weight so I should probably just listen to my body.

Although interestingly, the NHS page about long cycles suggests that Clomif could be prescribed with no mention of having to try for a year, see fertility specialist etc x x

Fingers crossed for the egg QQ.

    Massive congrats DB and MLBarrett.

Morocha - I'm with you on the lack of BD sometimes! I can beat you last month though - we only did it twice! I reckon my OH should have been born in Victorian times; BD is only on a Saturday and when you're in the right mood for it! I went down the CBFM monitor route so I could try and time it well.

Athough this morning I forgot first thing so It wasn't my FMU - came up as low - anyone think this will make much of a difference?

Hope everyone's had a nice easter. I've eaten my bodyweight in chocolate. Far tooooo much!
  • Now 15DPO and the witch is imminent. Positives - cycle is back to normal after the implant, my LP is 14-15 days andI should ovulate next when we're in Venice. It also explains my terrible skin over the last few days!

I was told that freezing was no problem; it's the subsequent thawing that can be problematic for embryos. But this is very much dependent on quality in the first place; the poorer the quality the more likely the embryo is to fragment on thawing. If you have a blastocyst it's already showing itself to be top quality; so I think you should feel confident QQ that your embryo will be unaffected by its freezing and thawing. Approx. 80 to 90% of embryos freeze and thaw without problems.

Hi, please would you mind taking me off the list. I have decided to take a break from ttc. It is all getting a bit too much and I need to be kinder to myself. I need to be just me again.

Also had to have a talk with DH today about the amount he is drinking. He has agreed to cut down again, but I need to be sure that he can do this before he becomes a father to my (possible) child. Drinking from 3pm until he goes to bed each weekend and holiday season is not my idea of good father material and finally he appears to have heard what I am saying. However this is not the first time we have had this chat so I am not willing to carry on ttc until I am sure he means it this time. I have a father who drinks too much and am not putting a child of mine through the same.

    Sorry rant over!

Best of luck to you all x
