Am really struggling with temping - is it just me?

I just don't seem to wake up correctly, if that makes any sense lol. Rather than just going from asleep to awake, I seem to gradually fidget myself awake over half an hour or so. So does that mean by the time I'm awake enough to think about temping that it's too late as I'm too awake?

Am CD19 so this is just practice for when I start properly next cycle (if no BFP before then), but it's confusing me already!

No Im struggling too! I keep forgetting to take it, or like this morning started waving my legs around to get them working and froze when I remembered temping :rotfl:

DOn't know the answer to your Q though tealover, Im only starting myself but Im sure it will get easier with time, and as long as you are consistent it should be ok?

Ps does a dip right after ov mean you def havent conceived, as my temp is 35.9C today, what it was on tues pre-ov :(:( I missed out wed and I have a feeling that may have been ov day as my temp was 36.4C the day after..

Thats one way of dealing with the 2ww I guess! Dismiss the possibility from the outset if your temps don't look right?

PS Been watching kitten vids on youtube - def broody! lol
We got rid of the kids. The cat was allergic. ;)

    Debt at LBM (Sep 07): £13,500. Current debt: [STRIKE]£680[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£480[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£560[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£13[/STRIKE] £0 overdraft :D
Current aims - to start building up savings
    1st £1000 in 100 days - £1178.03 :D 2nd £1053.38/£1000 :D 3rd £863.59/£1000 :o

    Hi ladies

We are off on holiday today, woohoo! Especially as I am 5dpo, perfect timing, means I will be away for the most difficult part of the 2ww. I have been really good (in my humble opinion...) and NOT packed any pregnancy tests as we will come back home when I am 12dpo, so means I will have to wait until at least 13dpo to test. I have, however, sneaked my thermometer into my bag... Can't decide whether to temp while I'm away as a dip might depress me, but then it's my first cycle temping so I want to see the pattern.

No internet where we are going (cottage in deepest darkest Devon) so I won't be able to post, but might be able to read on my phone. I imagine there will be about a hundred new pages to read when I get back - and I hope LOTS of new BFPs!!

Big ((hugs)) to all feeling down.

Take care ladies (is it really really strange to say I will miss you and all this chit chat next week...??!!)

    Perfect Holiday timing :D

I live in sunny Devon the weather here is FAB at the moment ENJOY :D
If you can think it........it will happen

ladies, i think dh and i (mainly me as he's quite 'whatever makes you happy about it) have decided to take a step back from TTC.

i still want to lurk/annoy you ladies and we'll be NTNP but these long cycles are driving me crazy and i just think the more months go by the more stressed i'm going to be counting them, you know? it's been 4 months since we said we was trying and in that time i've had 2 periods so 2 chances really.

I really do think that my weight is my biggest problem, no pun intended, and that will take a while to come off and i don't think i'd be happy being pregnant at this weight anyway, shallow as it is i've always dreamed of having a cute round bump and as i've seen recently from my friend and my sister (although they are both bigger than me) that that just won't happen. Plus i don't want to be worried that my weight is adversely affecting the baby.

I think i'll still start temping though from next cycle, whenever that may be, starts so i can start to get an idea of when to expect Ov for when we start 'officially' trying again

Plus this gives us more time to pay off debt/save for a house/do my training x x

Mrsj - enjoy your hols and good luck for testing when you are back.

TeamLowe - hope that taking a step back relieves some of the stress of ttc and that your cycles shorten.

Tattoo - welcome to the thread, hope your results are clear.

    Hello everyone:wave:

MIL is in hospital from today, her op is on Tuesday, so will head over on Monday, and come back on Wed.

BIL said he will take care of MIL, so no need for me to come, but DH asked me to look into her, so I'll just have a quiet look in and return:o

Sexymouse, 14 weeks already?:j Any nickname for your bubs yet?:)
Oh, and thanks for the choccies, I'll take the Swiss one:EasterBun
codemonkey, my shower gel smelled rank too when I was pg, so had to get ordinary soap. Not that I'm suggesting it's a pg symptom but:whistle:
    Tinkwings, that's a very cute bunting:happyhear
vesper, glad your DH was OK after the crash:o
Littlezee, (((hugs))). I suppose you don't want to go private? Just for clomid?
    Time2deal, massive hugs for CD1:(
    smiley_hug.gif
    TeamLowe, (((hugs))) for long cycles:(
Have a step back, NTNP is the best way to TTC in my opinion:cool:
    Twigglett, have you tested?
Some people ov very early, like CD6 or something, so it's not impossible:)
How long are your cycles usually?
MrsJ28, have a great time on your holiday:wave:
I'd stop temping, if you are pg you are pg, if you are not, you'll just get AF:o
Tea Lover, just temp when you wake up enough to realise you need to temp, and see how it goes:)
Tattoo, welcome! I've added you to the list on the first page, let me know if you'd like your age added:)
mogwai, you may need to set up the homepage on FF:

Go to 'Sharing' on the top - 'Charting Home page' then 'Setup'.
Near the bottom, there's 'Published charts'.
Click your chart on the right box, and add it to the left and 'Save
    settings'

On the top of that page in the grey box is your homepage address (looks
    something like this:http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/286900)
