Big ((hugs)) Nicki I know how much you were pinning on this cycle.
Has your OH been keeping track of your Cycles? Can you pretend that you haven't got to 6 cycles yet? How do you think he will react to extending the time limit he suggested?Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500

Hugs NIcki. What is AC and how come you're not too fussed with the CBFM?
Have to confess to the cat people that I'm afraid I can't stand the creatures so cat sympathy will be lacking from Zcrat41!!
AF due any day now for me. Feel it's on its way and seem to be in the look every 10 mins checking!0 -
Hugs for the BFNs and possible AFs. The end of the 2ww is always the most exciting/worst time. It sucks really.
Abi - sorry to hear about your cat. If you're not happy, maybe you should return to the vet. I have a dog, and it's very upsetting when he is poorlyPotobucket is best for uploading pics - I'd be happy to see a budding artist's work
My DD is 10.5 months, so a long way off drawing something ice for mummy lol.
Nicki - How long have you been using the CBFM? I used it when TTC DD and I think it was maybe the 4th cycle that I got lucky. But I remember being really cross as it was low, low, low and no highs and I was impatiently waiting for a high that never came, DTD on probably the hottest day of the year as didn't want to miss ov, in case CBFM was wrong, and then randomly got a peak the next day. Strange machine - but it worked for me!
Should I go on the testing list? I think I dtd at the right time, but honestly don't expect much as I don't know for sure when I ov'd.0 -

Sammy, when do you plan to test?:)0 -
Abis, kept meaning to say about your cat, i hope she's better soon!
when my little boy was ill with cystitis (which is deadly to boy cats as it can block their bladder, which he got a couple of times) he was peeing all over the shop! was hard to be annoyed as obviously he was ill and couldn't control it. we just had to grit our teeth and bear it and bulk buy the cleaning spray
just wondering if she's on any medication? he was on steroid and apparently they make animals want to urinate a lot and sometimes they just can't control it as well as they shouldglad to hear she's feeling better though, i'm sure it'll just be a one off grump about not being able to go outside, you know how prissy cats can get about their routine!
Thanks Teamlowe. Shes never been on any medication before, and always had really good health. She has had 2 shots of antibiotics and 1 anti-inflamitory shot tho over the last 2 days so they might have unsettled her or not? Not really sure. Am hoping it was just a 1 off. Our first cat who didn't like to live here was not litter trained in the slightest despite being 5 or so. The RSPCA said he must have been a stray nearly all his life and he got very stressed being inside. I was forever cleaning up messes from him which was very hard to deal with as he would pick awkward places (behind the television, behind the sofa etc - it was a case of follow your nose most days) Thankfully the place he preffered to hang out took over ownership of him as he really didn't want to be our pet! He came twice - for 2 weeks each time, but didn't settle and ran off as soon as he was allowed out. So, anyway - went a bit off track there. I hope this is a one off incident and not the sign of things to come. I presume when she is allowed out again she will be all back to normal as thats where she prefers to go.
Oh, and I know what you mean about the excel spreadsheet of debts!! Thats part of what helps me through each month - thinking that we will be in a better financial position when it does happen. I will still have debts - but they will be more manageable and on a better schedule with the biggest one being out the way for definate now by the time I would be going on maternity leave. Will be nice to look round some houses - how exciting :j
Hehe zacrat - no worries! I know they're not everyones cup of tea. I never used to like them TBH, but my DD took a shine to our next door neighbours one and really looked after it when it got poorly once while in our garden. She was only 2.5 at the time and it was so sweet - and we lived on our own then so it was nice to get one and have some company. Don't think my DH would have let me get one if he was on the scene at the time, lol!!
Sammy girl - I don't really want to take her back to the vets at the mo. I think I will just keep an eye on her for now. She eating fine again now and back to her normal self. She can go out tomorrow as long as she is still on track. If she keeps having accidents, then I will take her back obviously, but I can't help but think its cos she isn't being allowed out at the moment. I'll have a go at uploading some pics later. My nephew is 10 months, altho always grumpy at the minute due to lots of teeth coming at once and a cold he just can't seem to shift. I had a little hold of him this morning but he wasn't really in the mood for me, lol!! :rotfl:
No AF yet, yayy! Will be testing again on friday which is DH's birthday. Technically I asked for a baby for my birthday (and christmas present too, lol) but I will be more than happy for a baby for his birthday present, lol!! I did just buy a birthday card for daddy just in caseCan always use it next year (well - hope we can!) if its still not positive on friday. And I got a card from my DD for him with a badge on saying "I'm the boss" and on the inside it says to make sure the badge gets handed back to mum tomorrow :rotfl::rotfl:
Married my lobster in July 2011

AC is agnus castus which helps balance your hormones.
I used the CBFM to conceive my last child and succeeded on the third month. I got peaks every month. This time round, I've been using it for 4 months, and every other month it has not detected a peak, just a string of highs even though a digital OPK has detected an LH surge at the same point in my cycle each time, and on one of the two months I was also temping and had a temperature shift 2 days after the LH surge which suggests I did ovulate that month.0 -
Got a little bit of spotting this afternoon, so reckon AF will come tomorrow or Friday.
Typical, right in time for the weekend and Valentine's Day. Guess I can have a [STRIKE]glass[/STRIKE] bottle of champagne though!

Hello ladies,
Mrsj28, Cherry Drop and Nicki big hugs from me. Hope next month will be your month!!!
Not sure how the bad the 2ww is but the waiting for OV is quite... boring.
QQ could you add my FF link to my name please? http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/200a5b Hope the link works.
Not sure when should I start using OPKs because my cycle is long? Last one was 36 days long so when should I start using them... Any advice?:smileyheaBaby Aida is here :j:j:jBaby fund - £3140/£60000
