Me too, it feels like I'm useless and it's all my fault and wish my life is over:(
    :( I know that feeling.

I feel like I was made to be a mum...if I've not got that.........
    Hi All

    Well AF due today.
No sign of AF but a BFP on the three tests I have done today (one first thing - one at lunchtime to double check and one just now to show OH).
So now mild panic and complete bemusement

    Glimmer x
 I reread that 3 times to check it!!!

    CONGRATULATIONS!! :D :T :j

I am the same on the BB front! And the pointless life without a baby.
I work part time 20 hrs. I could drop this at any point. I am working to fill time. I am not career minded. I am just here to bear children. Without kids ... what do I do for the next 50 years?! ...

If I find out that I can't have my own children, I would seriously look into adoption or fostering. Either that, or rescue unwanted cats! ;)
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Rebekah...didn't you start TTC just before me, so 2 months? Why do you think you might go 50 years without kids? Sorry if there is any underlying medical stuff I have missed on either this thread or the Waiting to TTC.

I don't know if you watched the Lily Allen programme about her opening a shop and getting "preggers" in the meantime (she sadly suffered a miscarriage :( but is now pregnant again :) ) anyway in that she said she felt she had been waiting her whole life to be a mum and that was her main job.

It will be worth the wait!!! x x

First things first - congratulations Glimmer! Fantastic news, I think we all needed a BFP to cheer us up, so thanks! :j :D

Thank you all for your kind words and hugs, you are all very sweet. Sorry for going off on one...! :o Had a brie and parma ham sandwich for lunch, and intend to have a few bevvies on saturday night at a friend's 30th :D

((hugs)) to Gemma and anyone else on CD1/2.

    BB x

Can't believe any of you are into Big Brother.....come on ladies - surely you have some BDing to do, or something?! I can't STAND that programme! The first series or two were interesting, as a concept, but now I think it's well past its sell-by date... ;)

Amymo - according to the senokot website, its fine to take during pregnancy, so you could try taking one just before bed - no point in being really uncomfortable. If you're eating loads of fibre - more than usual - make sure you drink LOADS of water with it, otherwise you can make your problem worse...

Supposed to be camping this weekend - I REALLY hope it won't rain like it did today...!

Thanks BB1984, I'm heading for the pharmacy first thing and no problem drinking plenty of water, I work in an office that's like a furnace, am always at the water cooler!

Ooh, brie and booze, sounds lovely!
