Well AF due today.
No sign of AF but a BFP on the three tests I have done today (one first thing - one at lunchtime to double check and one just now to show OH).
So now mild panic and complete bemusement

try sweetcorn!! it's the only thing that does anything for me!!!
This made me laugh out loud, sweetcorn? I've googled coming off the pill and constipation as I've had rabbit droppings (TMI, I know) for the last two weeks and am so blooming uncomfortable with it, sweetcorn might be worth a go, at least I enjoy eating it, unlike cardboardy bran!

By the way ladies, I'm going away for a few days so will be back on either Monday or Tuesday (we might stay an extra day if the weather is good......in cumbria so we'll be lucky if it is!!!). By the time I get back I should be able to test or AF will have arrived so should know one way or the other. If my temp has gone back up in the morning I might do a cheeky test tomorrow!!!0

Welcome Betti! If you're testing often you can get cheapies on Amazon that you dip in your pee (think I got 15 for £3 or something. It's no better when they're negative but at least you haven't wasted 8 quid
I only told one friend I was ttc and then EVERY time I saw her she'd ask for news. Even though it was well intentioned it made me feel really pressurised so I told her we were putting it on hold whilst I looked for a new job even though I wasn't. Of course then she asked me how the job hunting was going all the time :rotfl:
Thanks Colli. I'm going to try Amazon now as have run out of tests for next month.
All my friends but one now have children (not why we're trying now... its because we feel its the right time and have talked about it ever since we got engaged) and I know they want me to join their 'club'. So often I can't participate in their conversations so go quiet and then they say 'hope you're listening... it'll be your turn next' and I have to deny we're trying saying I'm concentrating on my career then go home and cry for about three days afterwards to my husband. I'm not normally a cry baby at all... I'm not sure whats wrong with me
My hubby and I have both given up booze, eating well, I'm taking folic acid and am ovulation testing every day. Hope it happens for us all soon. Great news for Glimmer!
