    Afternoon lovely TTC ladies :)
Sorry to those with horrible AF symptoms and AFs generally.
Not much to report, but off away next week, so I'm hoping it will be a conception moon since I'm expected to OV around Tueday/Wednesday I think. My skin has gone icky though, so I'm not sure my hormones are settled since ceasing the Pill. I also forgot that I had naturally greasy skin and hair, which has re-emerged now my hormones are unregulated. Sigh.
Haha not only do we share cycles-ttcing times-we are also going away at same time!:rotfl:Conceptionmoon BFP for both?
  • oooh congratulations marie :)
QQ; I'm off to Portugal for the week, the only downer is I'll have to limit the booze, it doesn't seem right when I know I'm TTC.

My friend too had problems TTC. She was 39 when she started and unfortunately had 6 MC's as the babies never developed a heartbeat. She too did a couple of rounds of IVF with no luck something to do with her eggs. She went to an acupuncturist who gave her a book revolving around chinese medicine , she changed her diet for to fall in line with the recommendations. I am happy to report that she conceived naturally and in June she gave birth to a lovely healthy baby girl called Evie Mae just before her 42nd birthday.

Im a retired midwife (due to ill health) and saw many women who had conceived naturally on later on in life (40 -47). I have a theory that the body has a peak around this age - although I realise that is not the opinion generally. Just my anecdotal evidence. Im not trying to conceive but have recently had a couple of scans of my ovaries and blood tests. The results surprised my gynaecologist as my ovaries are still functioning and my bloods show Im highly fertile still (at 45) so good job that Kids Dad has had the snip!!. So that adds fuel to my theory. Im posting because there is hope for the future and I wish you lots of luck x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

claire, have a look at other people's charts (names in blue on Team Sticky list) and you can see how much of our profile you can see. Here's mine:http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/286900

As for VIP, you can still use FF, it just loses some functionality like countdown to testing day, pregnancy monitor and all the SS. Also, you can only show 2 charts to the public. It still gives you the chart and ovulation/coverline crosshairs, and that's all one needs:cool:

Yeah I dont think Ill pay for it as thats all I want it to show on there. Well I only have one proper cycle where Ive been temping on there. I could post a link to that but not sure which url to put in?

I finally got positive on a opk this evening after a few days of ewcm so very happy about that!
