Thanks for reminding me about reflexology Tink, I was thinking about that before Christmas but never got round to booking anything There's a practicioner just around the corner from me so I'm going to have a few sessions, will try to remember to go along tomorrow and sort it outOvercome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
So just back from the doctors total nightmare it took 6 needle attempts to get my blood :eek:
My veins are invisible too, but I find drinking lots of fluid before the blood tests helps a bit, I may be wrong though, nothing scientific:pJust wish I could go back to normal and not being on demand with me & dh like we used to be before ttc........how do I get that back????:o0 -

Hugs for all on CD1/2 (didn't give hugs yesterday to a few of you, so these are belated).
Congratulations mishka - have a happy and healthy pregnancy and birth! I actually said "yay" out-loud then as I was reading your post, and Moon asked me what I was cheering about. lol
No news here - only 4/5 days until I find out if AF is going to show up. My poor furbaby (cat) was sick this morning (he's never sick), so don't know what's wrong with him. Poor thing only managed to make it half-way down the stairs though, but the bonus is, Moon has used the Bissell and cleaned them all as he's off work today, and has cleaned the livingroom carpet too.
Hugs to tinks for the nasty blood-taking. I'm phobic of needles, so am dreading any kind of testing that way.
Glad it went well at the FS today QQ. Looks like Friday 13th is lucky for you too.
Hugs for all who need or want them.

Some PMA would do me at the moment. It feels like my life isn't going anywhere at the moment, and everything is stuck in a rut. We don't seem to do anything exciting as all of our spare money goes away towards our house deposit. The house deposit has got to a nice lovely amount but still can't buy a house at the moment, as because the mortgage company pulled the mortgage offer on the house we tried to buy a few months ago, it has left us with a horrific credit rating, meaning we will probably never get a mortgage until we have a 50% or more deposit, already have a 30%.
I haven't OV yet this month, and I have a strange feeling I won't either. Don't know might just be me feeling down. Doesn't really help that all the weight I lost over xmas I have put back on. I don't even eat badly, infact I eat very healthily. oh well had better get back on the wii or go for a walk around the village.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -

You're right, QQ. And it is scientific. Being fully hydrated plumps your veins up and makes blood letting easier. I always have to make sure I have loads to drink before a blood test.
