    Morning ladies :)
CD3 here, and nowt to report! Going for a swim later, as going out for tea for my best friend's birthday and want some extra calorie leeway :) Never been swimming with my mooncup in before, but used to swim with tampons all the time, so hope there won't be any disasters
Was going to go to the gym, but I can't find my key chip thing, I think DH moved it when he was [STRIKE]tidying[/STRIKE] shoving stuff in random places at new year! :)

I'm starting to think that my scabby face woes may be linked to OV. It cleared up before AF finally arrived last month and I thought, 'Oh good, I'm healed!' But I've got a scabby eye again and some mega spots so I reckon it's all about the eggies! Why does my body have to make me ugly just when I need OH to ravish me though?! ;)

Thanks very much for the nice words yesterday, made me feel better! :)

My skin definitely gets worse around ov. When i was a teenager Id get bad spots before AF, but now I have been getting spots for about 7-10 days around ov!! Now im 7dpo my skin is clear and has been for a few days.

Hiya, hoping I can join you all again - currently trying for our 4th and final baby. I came off the pill last month but still waiting for my AF - I did have ewcm this week so hopefully it should come soon - I was expecting it sooner.

My history is First baby we tried for 3 years but were young and happy to wait so it just happened when it happened. Second came after not being careful (with our history I didnt think we had to be, opps) when DD was 8 months old. I then suffered three mc trying for number 3 and finally got pregnant in apr 2010 and thought he'd be my last but OH is desperate for another and I love babies. I'm really apprehensive about trying again incase it doesnt happen or worse it does but ends in mc again but the end result is worth it so here I am.

Hi Merfe I remember you :) Wishing you a short last stay xxx

can i be put down as 1DPO please
CM has definitely dried up and after yesterdays funny feeling in my left side i'm convinced i've OVed. asked DH if he wants to know when i've OVed and his answer was basically yes but no. so i told him lol
we've agreed that i'll tell him when i'm getting the signs of OV as he doesn't want to miss the window but we'll BD every 2-3 days anyway to make sure in case i'm wrong and because it's fun :)

had a lovely diet breaking meal last night to celebrate DH's good news as a role has been created for him at work and it's exactly what he wanted. it will delay his promotion (and therefore salary increase) but it was unlikely he'd be promoted on his current team. plus his wage has gone up nearly 13k in two years so we can't be too greedy now can we? lol

have worked out that according to QQs little diagram showing implanting is around 9DPO i've promised myself not to SS until then, which will hopefully stop me getting psychosomatic ones. just fustrating because the last pregnancy was a happy suprise so i've no idea how i felt in the 2WW as i didn't know i was in it and i don't know how we conceived in the first place (apart from the obvious) lol x x

Im sure most of you know Beyonce had a baby a few days ago. I was just reading this which was interesting/sad, I had no idea she had had a miscarriage before.

"Jay-Z has revealed that he and wife Beyonc! suffered a miscarriage before the birth of new daughter, Blue Ivy Carter.
New father Jay-Z, real name Shawn Corey Carter, posted a track called Glory to his social website LifeandTimes.com which contains the lyrics 'Last time the miscarriage was so tragic, we was afraid you disappeared', and continues, 'false alarms and false starts ... all the pain of the last time, prayed so hard it was the last time.'

The revelation is all the more surprising given the couple's reputation for closely guarded privacy. It's the first time either of them has addressed the rumours of previous failed pregnancies. "

I think Nicki mentioned something about this the other day - when you see someone who is pregnant or have a baby you assume they had it easy, got pregnant quick, no problems etc. But actually what happened may be very different.

  • Well I think I may have just had my first TTC stress related strop, made worse by the fact that I know its all my own fault :embarasse

I am going on hols in March and TTC has all been planned around being able to go on this holiday. Yesterday I realised my vaccinations weren't up to date so I phoned the doctor in a panic to ask advice whether I should have them, and if so was this week at 1DPO best time rather than waiting until I have BFP (hopefully!). Receptionist was mighty rude, made me feel about 6 and really stupid for asking. I do now have an appointment but only after I cried. I just wanted a 2 minute word with the nurse.

It is my fault for not checking when I had my last appointment, but you think if you specifically ask a doctor whether it is OK to travel to Asia when pregnant they might mention checking your injections are up to date.

    *RANT OVER* Sorry!
