thanks lexi. I think I dwell on it more when I am alone and must admit I am sometimes feeling really sorry for myself. Its great I can come here and at least someone will listen without judgement. Cant rant to family or friends as they just use the old "pull yourself together" line, from experience, that just makes me feel even worse.

cheers for the pick me up! :)

Yeah, my family don't know about how I'm feeling, my boyfriend does and he's ok but he doesn't really get it, and he stresses out about me so it's hard to talk to him sometimes.
I hate people telling me to "feel better" or do something to make myself "feel better" I mean, as if I havn't thought about that, as if I havn't tried. Whenever I say I'm tired people are like "you need to sleep" as if that never crossed my mind. I know they are doing what they think they should but it just doesn't help.

It's nice hearing people are feeling the same way though. Think I'm going to have a shower and get into bed, know I won't sleep straight away though. I can fall asleep in seconds in the day, night it takes me an hour or so

Cos it is naughty to sleep in the day - but when you are allowed to, it isn't fun.

I'm the same btw, sleeping in the day is deliciously decadent:D

I hate people being unsympathetic and nasty when I feel under the weather

I'm also good at sleeping in the morning, just after I've woken up and turned my alarm off, I lie there thinking out the day ahead next thing I know I'm waking up again late to do whatever I'm doing.

oh god far too much bad luck over last few days so wont bore you with it all. Just your post jumped out to me because I feel exactly like you.

Not had loads of major things but just small insignificant things can bring me to feel like a good cry but then I can't cry. so frustrating!!

    Hi btw

Don't worry, it will happen over something reletively small. I weeped about something so silly yesterday but lack of peace does strange things to you:eek:

    I think

Oh f**k, another day of dull jobs:eek:

Morning sleeping is so lovely. It is because the temperature is just right. It can be so cold at night which can keep me awake.
