Hiya pumpkin hun :hello: Side effects hopefully won't last too long, but do monitor it hun and if you're in any way worried, do have a chat with the doc - they can always adjust your meds accordingly. Love Sazzy xxx

Had a terrible day, but Im ok, Ive got through it all, not a terrible day in terms of condition or being down, just stress stress stress.

Car sales etc etc etc, hopefully sold it though, £3400 with damage, £3550 without damage, so hopefully that will be sorted on Friday, once we have paid the debt which is tomorrow via cheque, I will then funnel the various sums of cash around, as soon as the money hits my first direct account, I will cancel the overdraft facility on that account.

    Plans, plans, plans,

Ok well, that's still progress LTD - come next week hopefully you'll be feeling like that particular weight has been lifted a little off your shoulders :T Do try not to let the stress get on top of you though. Love Sazxxx

Thanks, well I guess I'll just say that I've been feeling low for a while, am seeing a counselor and have a nice doctor who perscribed me with citalopram which has just got upped to 40mg. I know anti depressents arn't for everyone but they seem to be helping me. I just wish I had more energy. Trying lots of things like joining the gym (thanks to this wonderful sites loophole finding) and things.

Find it a bit weird thinking of depression (though I can see this thread is anything but all gloom) because part of me is just this happy positive person but then ths other half is coming home getting into bed and not wanting to ever get back out. Ugh, don't know if this is normal.

Hi Saz, we are just about organised...I am hyper...nerves are all over the place-this always happens before we go away!

Badgie...we have lots of plans for our time in London, usual touristy stuff-london eye, tour of parliament, bus tour, tower of london, show and my birthday!

Feely...hugs...I get indigestion with my AD's, the thing that helps me is drinking milk or an actimel after taking them, or lots of fluid.

Hiya Lexi...nice to meet you

Pumpkin, LTD, AG, Tiff, Suzie_soo, geminilady, blinky, QB, and anyone else i have missed hugs and :kisses3:

I dont think I will be back online until Tuesday, so take care of each other, sending you a weekends worth of fairy dust and hugs.

Hi Lexi :hello: and welcome. We're a friendly bunch (apart from Tiffy - only kidding Tiff! We love you really!:D ) - say as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, Lexi hun.

LOL it's certainly normal for me:) I find myself craving sleep most of the time and have great difficulty prising myself away from my pillow most days! As you say, depression isn't a one-dimensional condition - there are varying shades of colour and mood - we are still who we are underneath it all, although admittedly sometimes it doesn't feel that way:) Keep trying lots of things, that's definitely the key, I reckon. Many things have an input on energy levels - sleep, exercise, diet, winter light, as well as mood and many others. Different people respond to different things, so keep trying stuff out and see what works for you. Take care, Sazzy xxx
