The only thing I can think of it cutting my hands off I don't know, its counted as a form of OCD by most specialists, so I assume they'd do similar treatment as they do for other OCD things. I might get a referal to counselling once I've had my physcotherapy assessment in April.

I took two temazepams last night.. cos I knew i didn'[t have to worry about getting up this morning and guess what? it made no difference at all! I was soo looking forward to a zombie sleep and nothing.. i just felt a bit woozy and my eyes went a bit funny, lol

I need to go to bed now cos i've to leave the house by 8ish in the morning and wont be home til 8.30 seeing a counsellor at 8.45 and then got uni til 7 grrrrrr

Thanks for the support guys, with regards to the anti d's (again!!) the side effects are horrible for the first 2 weeks, really really bad, I was absolutely all over the place but once they kick in, they help so so much.
