Not going out today, not getting dressed. Not doing any housework, just going to sit inside and cry and eat and cry some more.
    Hi guys

We have been busy preparing the house for selling. We are nearly there, some more clearing out and deep cleaning the rooms. The place looks so much bigger and wish we could live less cluttered all the time. We need to find an agent to quote and get the ball rolling. The weather has stunk since new year, so been hard motivating myself to get on. This cold has knocked me for six too, I get so tired easily and need to rest often.

All this makes me sensitive and get feelings of feeling isolated and neglected from people who claim they care. I need to be considered too when I am at my lowest ebb. I willingly give a lot of tlc to people but I am human too and it hurts when I feel people don't acknowledge me when I feel very low.

FG - You have been doing well, losing weight and so many days not drinking and smoking. I haven't lost any weight and been comfort eating so much over the last few weeks. Cleaning and clearing a house is very tiring.

I haven't read back what has been bothering you but you seemed to be moving forward last time I read. What do you think is your 'blockage', that, by your own admission, is holding you back?

Having a day to cry, sit in your nighty and do some comfort eating isn't too harmful, if it helps, so long as it is only one day, two at the most. There is no law to say you have to do housework every day.

Hi FG Sorry you are fealing so down, maybe you are depriving yourself too much. You have cut out the drink, cigs and are dieting too.Not saying you should go back to the drink or cigs(you should be really proud of yourself) but maybe you could let up a little on the dieting?you have already lost over 9lb so a bit of a pigout today won't hurt.

Are you feeling better today blinky? Apart from not sleeping last night, I mean. Did you not see R?

Still not 100%, guts are still playing up. At the docs on Thursday.

Was with 'R' all weekend but we were away so being ill meant the weekend didn't pan out as we had planned. :(

Hope the counselling goes well Sazbo.

Sheffield were always very accomodating to me for deferments on Medical grounds. I have several years deferment. Unfortunately, the course was one of the things causing me major health issues so I had to drop out :(

Thanks guys, for all your kind words, I appreciate it.
Diets on the back burner for now, will try again tomorrow. I wish so bad that I could go back to drinking, but I know that I can't :(
When there is something good, it just reminds you how much the bad days hurt :( I just don't think my heart can take much more of this, I don't know what to do. I don't know what I can do.

CCstar, I'm so glad you have posted, I've missed you

I'm just feeling sorry for myself and wallowing in self pity and everything, it just hurts because yesterday felt so good. I know why I'm down, I just can't talk about it. Heart hurts :(

Thanks gemini hun x Neither will I! :) Counsellor is quite 'human', not too scary, so that makes me feel less anxious about the whole thing, although it's still quite nerve-wracking. Thanks hun Sx
