Anyone staying in a relationship and experiencing the things you do daily cannot be good for them. Is it not possible for you to stay at a friend's or something? It will give you some space and a chance to clear your head, think things through and decide what you want and what you are going to do.

Surely if he loved you he would have made more effort with the counselling.

Evenin all..

I cancelled the meeting with psychiatrist, I really didn't feel up to it so I told them I am ill I've to ring tomorrow and make another appotment.

Instead.. I went bootsing.. I got roughly £108 of goods for a spend of £2.80.. all from reading the boots thread

So I've got at least 3 xmas pressies sorted now, lol so that cheered me up a little bit, also got me prescription so I'm back on the happy pills.. hopefully should feel an improvement in the next few days :eek:

Just need a long soak in the bath now.. then I'll feel much better I think.

well I had the piggypoint voucher.. got it put on a giftcard then I got stuff that was BOGOF and had free gifts with it and paid with the giftcard and the vouchers they give you at the till... so cash total spend was £2.80 Plus I got another £25 of vouchers from the till and some more coming from piggy

I am OK thank you. I slept until 2 30 today :eek: Feel a lot better for it though.

You needed the rest.. you've put your body thru a lot of extra work innit so it needed the time to recover.. well done on a good sleep.

yeah I'm fine.. just a bit.. i dunno.. out of it I spose.. although it's amazing how a bit of retail therapy cheers you right up innit xxx

I did... I got a really nice nail polish and body milk spray thing and a lipshimmer thing.. and a lot of those free gift things I can either use or give as pressies.. not sure yet.. they are soo nice

let me see if I can find them to show you..

I got two of these

and.. one of these which has body scrubs, shower gel, moisturiser n all that in there.. really nice stuff too and it smells gorgeous

I'm glad you enjoyed your afternoon. It always makes us feel better doing some shopping and the good thing is you didn't spend very much either...even better :T
