We are in same boat, I have been sitting on the computer all day and haven't done anything useful. Had all these good intentions this morning and nothing. Didn't get dressed until 2pm!:eek:
Am promising myself I will at least do washing up and tidy up a bit in a minute. Get so frustrated:mad: with myself over this. Could be doing so many useful things, yet just don't have the get up and go to do them.
Have you thought about setting yourself tasks and then rewarding yourself? Or do the flylady thing where you do something for 15 mins then stop.. take a break and 15 mins again.. I thnk theres a whole thread on the OS board about it.☆ §ügÅr cØÅTëÐ pØï§Øn ☆

We have one and I burned a few items I didn't want to shred

Hiya everyone, sorry I havent been around a lot, been feeling really down and useless. Been trying to stay away from the internet for a wee while to see if I could find other things to do for a wee change.
My Gyn has put me on medication and its taking me a while to adjust, so I am trying to roll with the punches, and assure myself that my condition is being dealt with and it nothing to worry about.
Hubby has been superb as usual...my sis is being a bit of a handful, but thats nowt new to be honest.
Big thanks to everyone who has PM'd me to make sure I was ok, or spoken to me on msn...feel free to do it at anytime..always nice to talk to people.

I do the flylady thing, but I am not very good at sticking to the 15 mins, everything seems to take me longer than that!! I also give myself impossibly long lists of things to do each day, look at them, then think there is no way I can possibly do all that, so don't bother doing any of it!! I thik thats the whole point, doesn't matter if you finish or not.. you just whiz round for 15 minutes.. then go and do something else, that way you dont get a chance to get bored or overwhelmed
another thing is the 27 fling boogie, where you run round and throw out 27 things, sweet wrappers etc all count, dont have to be big things - that one really works.. I do it all the time..☆ §ügÅr cØÅTëÐ pØï§Øn ☆

Things aren't too bad here.. Not long finished dinner
b/f was gonna put up the chest of drawers that arrived nearly 3 weeks ago... took it all out the box and decided to leave it til the weekend...
He's been promising to sort out the router for ages... cos its messing up my connection, sometimes I feel like Im on dial up and sometimes it just keeps cutting in and out but it's not affecting him so it won't get done for ages :mad:
