Hiya everyone

Posted in here a long time ago.

Ave been on Citalopram for nearly 18 months and at the point I feel like they aint working anymore. I have been sat here for the last 1 hr looking for counselors in my area, got to talk to someone.

Having a right bad couple of days. Feeling so angry and dunno why. Sat crying for the last 2 hrs and dunno why. Cant see any end to this anymore.

Just wanted to write down my feelings tonight.

Well done you hun!:T I know how worried you were about it, bless you. Whatever the reason for the calm hun, it doesn't matter. At least you're feeling better angel!;) I'm really happy for you rm. I'm glad you posted angel and I'm really sorry that you're feeling so bad. You did well to write it down hun and post.

If you feel that your ads aren't doing any good hun, your first step is back to your gp. Show them your post here. Any adjustments can then be made to your meds and that's very important hun.;) Bear in mind too, that your gp can refer you for counselling for free and that if you are feeling very bad, they can push you up the list. Your gp should be the director to all the help you need.

Also angel, try and remember that this is a low spot - you will come out of this if you go back for more help hun.
If you need to speak to someone hun, the Samaritans are on call, not to mention nhsdirect. It's good that you know that you need to talk angel and the first person to talk to today if possible is your gp so that they can get things moving for you.

Everything is fine here. Had a checkup at the hospital yesterday - all ok, things are going very well with 'R'. :blushing: I can't spend as much time here as I'm spending more time with 'R'. That doesn't mean I've stopped caring about you all.

Morning everyone

Feeling a lot more positive today.. Thanks to Tiffy I feel galvanised into action and I don't feel so helpless. That's a very empowering feeling I think. I just hope I can keep up the momentum and do what I have to do for the good of my whole family.

Hope everone else is fine.. LRS I hope you're not going to be naughty and the teacher have to tell you off again today

Hi All,

Really not had a good couple of days. A guy from nationwide came to the door yesterday about the state of my account with them!! Luckily he was quite nice and I explained that we were filing for bankruptcy, he just took my cheque book and debit card and left me a phone number to call when I had a number from the court. But it left me really shaken up. I don't want to answer the door now in case it is someone else.

Am having my hair cut to day tho, radical new style, so maybe that will make me feel a bit better. I just feel everything is soo out of control at the moment my finances, my health, the state my flat is in!! It just gets on top of me sometimes.
