woke up this morning to a blanket of snow over everythng.. about 5-6 inches atm.. but it's still falling :D Had a snowfight with my son at 7am, hehehe.. poor b/f went all the way to the station to find that the northern line is suspended so he had to walk miles to get the bus that goes to leicester square.. he ended up being half an hour late for work, lol

Got a chicken stew in the slow cooker for tonight, with lots of veggies and lentils.. can't wait :D

and my cleaning lady is here.. do you know they don't have parsnips in the ukraine? she saw it and asked me what it was and i was trying to explain but in the end googled it and tried to find a ukrainian translation, lol

Social worker sposed to be comng this afternoon but who knows if she'll turn up wiht this weather?

nice to see you over here beer :)

Am a bit self obsessed today sorry.

Lucky peeps with snow - Nupping here!

Yes, you will it just feels like you won't at the moment.

Not exactly Brad Pitt either, too short and too fat for a start
Most people over 30 will have some baggage.
Time is not running out - I'm only 34 :)

Rose - Great to hear from you. :j I have been thinking of you but wasn't sure if you were away somewhere.

CCStar - selling houses is stressful. I think the Scottish system of sealed bids is easier on the vendor than that used in the rest of the UK.

Tiff - Hope you have a great day. You do a sterling job in her :T

LTD - Agree with the others, probably best to post or arrange for ex to pick up stuff when you are not in.

Stenny, McClaren, Queensway Boy, Ethel, Carolyn et al. Hope you have a great day.

Sorry I wasn't around yesterday. Had a very busy day at work and I was out last night with 'R'. The meeting with her mum went fine she's a lovely person, which I expected given the nature of 'R'.

    Huge hugs to all.

    I had baggage at 17:eek:

I'm not in a hurry to sell, not found anywhere but don't want to fall in love with a place then lose it, so selling first.

I have a lot of decisions to make once it is.

I don't like the way events or having visitors is affected in this way. We had another talk about it. We were so happy last week but I want to run away now.

I seem to feel different every week, it can't be hormones as I had all my bits removed two years ago.

As the song goes - who are you?
    An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :p :eek::mad: :beer:

We got snow last night when the viewers arrived - looked so pretty.

It wasn't forecast either so a nice surprise - melting a bit now and only about an inch.

Stupid dentist. Didn't sort my mouth, just gave me anti-biotics. Usually they sort the problem and give me anti biotics, but still in pain :(

I don't know where you are looking for ladies, but maybe you should look in a different place, have you ever thought of asking someone on here for a date?

:rotfl: Obviously thats your problem then, buy a big red car :D

When you chance for "love" if you like, you have to open yourself up, that gives you a chance to be hurt, and that I'm afraid is the way it is. The fact you opened yourself up after so long, means you are recovering. I would think about the positives, you met a girl, opened up, had happiness sometimes, life became better sometimes. Up and downs, but you HAD the ups :D

You will be happy again, you've already started on the road up. As my Mum used to say to me when I was a depressed teenager :D "stop being so miserable!" :o

They are all too short :rotfl: Saying that, 'S' was 5'5 I think, ex was 5'6 and my partner who passed 5'4  I have longer legs than that :rotfl:

I'll buy a Ferrari - pound shop has them on offer, BOGOF :)

Yeah, it's about taking chances..........I want too, I mean, in my charity work, i've met a couple of nice ladies who smiled and looked back at me a few times. Feels good, but it's the getting to know that scares.

I'll get better..........I already am, I mean, I miss 'S' badly, but i'm not crying anymore.

:rotfl: No need to chip into the hat fund just yet. The 'M' word :o has been discussed but we both agree it's too early and I would expect any developments until late the year....

Same in most towns but they virtually all have ladies (have you seen Newcastle on a Friday and Saturday night?). The ladies are usually harder to find as by their nature they are generally quieter.

You've said some wise words here about relationships....

Oh.........maybe just a celebration of love then :)

I know ladies are about, I just don't think i'm good enough for them. The girls I attract are either a bit odd, a bit old, or the local bike :o

    Me? Wise? Don't recall :D
