Blitz some cottage cheese with some horseradish for an easy peasy dip. Start with half a teaspoon of horseradish and see how strong you like it.
Low calorie too...........!!0 -
Wow, what brilliant ideas. I always end up binning the remains of horseradish because we don't use it up quickly enough. Oddly, I bought some tuna steaks today (a very rare occurence) so now I know exactly what I am going to do with them.0

If you have any smoked salmon lurking about its good with that too. Could also try putting it in dumplings if you make them...May tomorrow bring new horizon's...... ::j0

Mix it with a little cream and spread it on beef or smoked fish

I will say that for a quick and easy mackerel pate you can just mash the mackerel with the horseradish and spread it on toast - it's still very good.
It's very good with beetroot in a sandwich or salad - surprisingly so!
I could make it better myself at home. All I need is a small aubergine...
I moved to Liverpool for a better life.
And goodness, it's turned out to be better and busier!0 -
