I don't know about grated horseradish, but horseradish sauce keeps for ages in the fridge so no rush to use it up.0

Is that just the horseradish you put in?
I think my prob is that its not the sauce ive got but a jar of actual grated horseradish.
I usually use the extra hot horseradish sauce but I can't see any reason why grated horseradish wouldn't work just as well. I would just go for it

Get a joint of brisket, smother all of the outside with the horseradish and cook as you would normallly (long and slow). I can't remember if you cover it or not though !

Ahh just seen that you have grated horseradish....I would dilute it as it is damn strong stuff !0
