Hi
Thought I'd start next weeks meal plans:D Im starting ours from tomorrow.
Sunday-Away
Monday-Spagbol (have everything in-may freeze 2 portions if enough left)
Tuesday-Toad In Hole, Mash & Veg (have everything in)
Wednesday-Turkey Curry & Rice (have everything in-will freeze 3 portions for jackets)
Thursday-Shepards Pie & Veg (made last week & in freezer)
Friday-Egg & Chips (have everything in)
Saturday-HM FishPie & Veg (have everything in-will freeze 4 portions too)
Sunday-Chicken, roasties, yorkies, 3 veg & gravy (have everything in)
Still have loads of stuff in the freezer. OH bought some beautiful sausages from Makro yesterday-they are 85% pork and there were 12 large one reduced to £2.40, normally £4.80, but this will do us 2 meals for the 3 of us. He bought 2 packets so have seperated into 4 lots. He also this week from Sainsburys bought a large packet of turkey breast (20p), 3 lots of egg fried rice (10p each-and freezable), special fried rice (10p), southern chicken breasts (20p for 4), haddock breaded (20p for 2 large pieces), covent garden soups (10p and freezable), large apple pie (10p and freezable), free range eggs (15p and dated 15th Jan), organic chicken thighs (20p for 6). He did really well and many meals there:D
Also tried Asdas value unsmoked middle bacon which is 86p for 4 large slices. Its excellent and not salty-had a bacon butty this morning and was delish, so will buy more next time and freeze.
Good Luck guys

Hi PP
I'm just working on mine - to start Monday.
Monday - Macaroni Cheese (everything in)
Tuesday - Lasagne (everything in I think)
Weds - Fish and chips (need to get oven chips)
Thurs - Chilli (everything in)
Fri - pasta bol (sauce in the freezer)
Sat - possibly beef goulash - if there's any left over after today.
Sunday - Roast turkey (got 2 turkey breast roast from Tesco last night for 20p each so 1 this sunday and 1 next), roast pots, veg, kilted sausages (left over from Xmas dinner), stuffing and gravy.
I'm still new to this so I'm not good at forward planning but will try and make extra where I can. I've got loads of mince in the freezer as I was in Tescos just after Xmas and they were selling of packets of steak mince (250g) for 18p a packet so I have quite a few meals yet to come out of that.
Unfortunately the only things that my dh comes back with consist of cakes and biscuits.Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts - DFW Nerd 323

Just done mine for this week:
-Monday: Tomato, Lentil and Rosemary Shepherd's Pie (as posted on MSE by carrottopsuk - thought I'd give it a go) with green beans and carrots
-Tuesday: HM pizza, salad, garlic bread
-Wednesday: Macaroni and broccoli cheese
-Thursday: Mushroom and tofu curry with rice and HM Poori ("puffy breads" from a Madhur Jaffrey recipe - first go at these!)
-Friday: HM vegemince pie, roasties, roast parsnip, carrot and swede mash
-Saturday: Mushroom and Broccoli curry with rice and samosas
-Sunday: Spaghetti Bolognaise
There are two curries here - that's because I use curryqueen's base sauce and freeze it in two-meal quantities.
Broccoli is served twice because I'm trying to add more cruciferous veggies to our diet and broccoli is one of our faves.
All are vegan versions, as always.Sealed Pot Challenge 5 - #1742 :j0 -
