My 4MB bulldog service was activated today. For now it is extremely disappointing. The max speed i get is not evn in the 4mb ballpark and is on the average 500kb or less. Tech support was lousy and suggested i wait and see if the speed improves with time. will again have to spend hours on the phone with them.0

do you get charged for phoning tech support on issues by the way? that would be annoying esp. if you get the line off them![fonefather] - If you would like free independent advice about phones feel free to message me. :j0

I am now on the two week mark and no improvement at all. The speed is mostly under 500kb and disconnections are too frequent to even count. All tech support can say is when we can figure out the problem we will let you know. One of them even told me to go back to another ISP but i am stuck for now because i have to cancel their service and transfer the telephone line to BT before i can go back to another ISP which means downtime of a few days which i cant afford. even at these lousy speeds i need the internet. Atleast the support number is 08000
