Hi - I wondered if anyone can help. I did receive my £10 e-voucher and was wanting to use it to book a train journey to Glasgow tomorrow. I have booked my tickets and gone right through to the payment screen where my e-voucher shows at the top. It says to tick the box to redeem it which I have done but my total still remains at £14.25 when it should be £4.25. I don't want to put my card details in, in case I am charged the full amount.
@Lurleene - Did it take the £10 off straight away or do I need to put my card details in? Thanks.:oIf life gives you lemons, make lemonade.;)0 -
@ dippynina - I ticked the e-voucher box but the total remained the same at checkout, but I was only charged the amount minus the e-voucher so go for it!0

Got the initial email after registering (Wednesday) and the Welcome to rewarding travel email today (Thursday) but nothing in my account in either the loyalty points section or the evoucher section
However I registered in the second wave i.e. after 2pm on Wednesday.
Has anyone got anything from the second wave registrations? I think all those that have got their £10 were from the 9am wave but could be wrong.0 -
I got mine yesterday and booked tickets today. As didn't use my bank card to book the tickets, I assume the ticket michine will still accept my bank card, as long as I have my booking number, correct?Thought for the day: each generation of mankind tends to hug the illusion of having reached the culmination of human achievement. Yet, as we scoff at our groping ancestors, so our descendants will surely scoff at us.
