I applied via the second application and haven't received mine yet, I have checked in the right place. Is anyone else still waiting?

I've got mine but compared to booking directly with Virgin it's more expensive with RSH and they don't offer some of the times that Virgin do (mainly the times I want to travel). Gutted. Unless I'm having a blonde day and have done something wrong with the booking.

I queried the eVoucher expiry a few days ago :

Thank you for your email.

I can confirm that the vouchers are valid onto your account indefinitely.

The e-vouchers will state 31st December 2020, however, if you need these after 2020 we can upload them again to your account.
