Sorry if I am being really thick here.......I have registered my name & email address, but I couldn't find out where to put the code in. Could somebody help please?

    Hi Trevv,

I too was having problems, what you need to do is click on 'loyalty account' top right of the redhanky page, and then under sign in click on register (do not enter email or password), this will take you to the register page and you will see the box where you can enter the code. Good luck. Diane

Trevv, I was doing exactly the same, clicking on special offers, and wasn't getting anywhere, driving me mad, I knew there had to be a way, and just happened to click on loyalty account. Diane

Hi Rich, I signed up early yesterday afternoon as well, have only received the welcome e'mail so far. Wondering if it might take a bit longer being a bank holiday weekend. This is so handy for me as I want to visit my friend in Cornwall, so will save a few pennies. Diane

I just got the 2nd email which is a welcome email so sounds like the same as what you got as well.

so hope it will be over the next couple of days that we get it.

i am trying to use my e-voucher now, i have ticked the box but its not showing at the bottom of the page where it wants my card details- am i being truly blonde here and missing something? Do i need to carry on putting my card details in before it will use the voucher?

    TIA

I'm having the same problem, did the discount apply after you entered your card details?

Queen & Angela, I read on their site on Saturday, and can't find it now (typical) something about, the discount will show after you have entered your card details.

Please if anyone has used their voucher, could they post the way it works, as when my voucher is showing I will be booking my ticket. Thanks Diane

@ dippynina - I ticked the e-voucher box but the total remained the same at checkout, but I was only charged the amount minus the e-voucher so go for it!

for those asking about redeeming it, here is the original post.

    Hello,

I had an email saying that my voucher had been credited to my account for the MSE offer but nearly a week later still no voucher in my account. Anyone else had this problem?

*EDIT* I was expecting it to appear as loyalty points but eventually found the e voucher! :)
