Brizz - whatever cards/loans/mortgages you have had look on the relevant company website under complaints and fins PPI complaints - call the number.........that is literally what I did. One call yielded FOUR CCs as banks have taken over/bought out other banks etc. Some cards I had forgotten I had - L Ashley??? Seriously???? Have no memory of that but I paid PPI and will be getting it back with interest........I had no account numbers except one old Halif@x card and the lady on the phone was able to tell me that I had had 3 Halif@x cards over the years......2 with PPI. Some cards I have made a claim on dating back to 1990's. Oldest in 80's when I was a student !!!!!!! Good luck - worth spending a bit of time pursuing - you never knowBe the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

Every little helps!
Got back on Monday from a 4 day music festival...........loved it. 12 months ago I could not have contemplated it - health. Hadn't realised just how 'ill' I had been......well I would have gone along but not enjoyed it. All different now and making the most of it
Got a large financial outlay coming up........too long to explain but it wasnt expected and not of my doing.........OH is going to have to suck this one up:mad:

Uuuurgh! Done something bad to my hamstring. Crutches, splints, physio the whole lot.......really slowed me up with things I am wanting to do
However have started something I have yearned for years - taking lessons in playing a musical instrument
So enforced immobility means I can do lots of practise........mastered 'Happy Birthday' already

Well done on starting something new... am very impressed. Ditto ebaying. Can't seem to get it together at the moment. Thanks for the nudge re PPI. Really pleased I am checking it out.

Had a letter today from bank to let me know that they are changing the structure of how they charge for overdrafts - I have an overdraft - a necessary evil IMO
but their new system will mean I could end up been charged double.............I am going to have to move banks after 35 years!! I am also going to send a very strongly worded letter - wont make any difference except make me feel happier !

Oh no! I hope your hamstring heals quickly for you. Dont try to rush it though. I know it's a pain to be immobile but it's better to let it heal completely.
Ooh well done you on learning a new instrument. What are you learning?
Also well done on your ebaying. That's a fair amount of moneyGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -

Sorry to hear you have been under enforced immobility - hopefully it's better now? or at least you are a bit more mobile if you managed to do some jobs in the garden
Have always wanted to learn piano myself - what are you learning? Oh and sax too, but don't seem to have enough puff for that!
