Just worked for me thanks OP. CS lady was very nice but very confused, and was only planning to give me JTD. Had to point out blue sign for DTD. They removed the SEL a bit sharpish too! :rotfl:

Got my 3 after work and the SEL is still up in P*rth metro. They think that it's a system error rather than a label error:beer:! Might go get some more tomorrow!

I bought 6 at the Midd***on store and went to CS. As I got to the desk I noticed 2 boxes in front of me and no one behind the counter. Then the woman from behind the counter walked back with a customer and the SEL. She refunded the woman in front of me DTD and went to staple the wrong SEL onto the receipt the customer had, so I piped up 'Hang on, I've got the same problem with my cakes'.

So I also got DTD, and got paid a pound to gain a stone

I did wonder if the customer in front was an MSE'er as her receipt had just 3 cakes on it and nothing else. LOL

I just went to Inverness retail park but I think someone must have beaten me to it (was it you Highland 2010?! ) There were plently left but no SEL, everything else had a label apart from this!! Typical, damn having to go to work during the day! Also had a look in Inshes but it was just a normal SEL for £2 each, no sign of any offer. Ah well, next time...

I got 3 and the woman behind me at costomer services piped up that she had 12!!! assistant went and checked (i followed her to make sure that she did'nt take away the label as its happened to me before
i did ask the other ladyif she was a friend of martins... of course she was... the assistant did not offer either of us dtd but we both insisted... she was not a happy bunny (we both were )

Glad everyone is getting their fill of lemon meringue pies!! I got 3, and the customer service staff are sooooo rude there, I've had so many issues with them in the past that when they see me heading towards they desk I think their hearts must sink!
i pointed out that the discount hadn't been taken off properly, and she just pointed to the bottom of my receipt where the £1 had been taken off for the 2 for £3 offer, rolled her eyes and just said "Yes it has" then without a second pause turned and started chatting to the woman serving the ciggies.
Obviously, without a second pause myself I was quick to jump back in!

After going to look at the label, together of course, she was actually quite nice. But really must be thick as two short planks as at first she got £4 out and gave it to me, and I could see her little brain working, as she had her finger under where it said £6 on the receipt (where it says the subtotal before offers etc, despite pointing this out to me at first!!) and mumbling £2, looking confused for a while to work out the £4!!

I had to 'remind' her about double the difference, and she looked confused again and said "hmmm, I'm not sure whether it counts though on these as it's the label that's wrong."
Umm, isn't that the whole point of the DTD - when things are incorrectly labelled! So thanks to her being £1 over with the difference, she got out another £4 so I got £8 back instead of 6 and 3 free pies!

Wish I could have got more but my freezer was already practically full, and I was in a rush so wasn't able to give them to anyone else straight away.

PS - I don't even like Lemon Meringue Pie

Hi guys

i went to my local yesterday evening - Mkt D'ping - and they were priced up at £2 each, no multibuy offer at all so not worth going there if anybody was thinking of making the trip.

I went into Tesco Extra Ipswich last night and they are labelled at 3 for £2 only I went to pick them up and someone had only left 2!!!!! ha ha someone beat me to it!!
