I would have thought that if the PPC gang were trying to infiltrate the forums they might consider trying to be a little more discreet.

Or perhaps I'm over estimating their intelligence.
  • Hi, It appears that you have received Parking Infringement Documentation from an Independent Enforcement Agency (IEA).

Should you contest that the contravention took place, you should contact the Agency confirmed for details of their complaints procedure.

You know I've just read your post again and I'm not sure you could have come up with anything that sounds more made up than that.

Seriously, you'd have been better off saying "you appear to have received a Christmas card from GI Joe"

He is likely to have a more solid 'complaints procedure' however.

    Idiot !!!!!!!!!!!

You certainly are. If he had another brain cell he would be a qualified halfwit.
  • This term produces no results per se on the search engines. Where quotes"" are used around the words, you only get citations were the headword is "enforcement agency" and the term "independent" applied before it to simply distinguish it from something government-run. Most seem to be US-based anyhow. More Completely Random And Pointless information!

I would be grateful if anyone could give me some advice on this.

A few weeks ago my daughter was issued with a parking charge by the above company as she was not displaying a permit on her vehicle, which was parked in the residents' car park belonging to the block of flats where she lives. She paid this charge (£50)

:eek: I soooo wish you hadn't said that! If only you'd come here first.

Fake PCNs are a well-known scam but still people pay them.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The game is not over. It will be a phyrric victory for the PPC - they may have won this first battle but they haven't won the war. They are seeking more from they new-found easy target. I suggested that as all this involves parking permits, I'd skrew them for what they took from me and park there regardless. I'd refuse to pay for a new permit until the £50 was returned, then I'd start playing fair.
  • I hereby serve all IEA's with a NTFO. N stands for notice, the rest can be deduced.
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!
