I’m having huge issues with this website. I can’t create a new account – keep getting the message “cannot save customer”. So I tried to use the contact us form and nothing is happening when I click submit then i get the message "Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later". Anyone else having issues?

I have spent hour after hour personalising a birthday card and when I get to add to basket....it doesn't, loses everything I have entered I must have entered the same details more than a dozen times....so frustrated.:mad:
