To Do:
Go to library with DD to change books for Circus Challenge

[STRIKE]Take back items to next door - their DS's shoes and moshi monster file!![/STRIKE]
Go to RC and off load toot. (incl. Iron that I managed to kill off)
[STRIKE]Put chairs back in the garage[/STRIKE]
Right that's the planning done. Lets make a start ... first I'll just go and put the kettle on.
DD is refusing to leave the house today (she's 5) just wants to play! So I have actually managed to get loads done. Just had some lunch.
Just got to get my mats in (they are having an airing!!) Finish the beds.
Got friends coming round in a bit so probably won't get much more done, but we'll see.Football Widow :footie:

Hi, G&B and Football Widow!
I got up with OH this morning, but have successfully done very little for the first hour and a bit. He's gone to work (only about 4 weeks before he was supposed to), but has promised to come home if it's too much for him.
So far I've started the DW, fed the cat, sorted through some mail and made drinks for everyone.
Plan for today:
Flying in bathroom and start on living room list
phone GP to confirm OH's appointment time for this pm
collect OH's prescriptions from chemist to take back to GP
go to GP appt with OH
take out-of-date meds to chemist
update budget
phone council for new bin (lid is now completely broken)
take DS2 to get his hair cut by OH (if he's at work long enough)
[STRIKE]nag[/STRIKE] encourage DS1 to tidy the space at the bottom of his stairs
research home insurance - I missed the renewal date due to OH's illness and the holiday. 40% increase on monthly payments despite no claims! If I can find it at the old price or cheaper somewhere else it will be worth the £26 cancellation fee.
Going to get a quick breakfast and then make a start! HHC at 9.45.
ETA Have started writing a toots/frog list while eating breakfast (3 columns for this week, this holiday and whenever).0 -
Well, that was silly. Just as well I found the appointment letter before we left. Minion's physio is actually 2.00pm, not 9.30am. I mixed it up with my podiatry appt's time (in a fortnight). I always mix times up/forget them/have to phone and find out when they are/grovel for rebooking rather than discharge when they are mine and not hers, despite having them written down
Minion is now wishing for someone to come and kill me now, as she was dragged out of bed at 7am
I have swept the shower room floor
Emptied splat tray
Hung washing out
Taken stuff upstairs
Binned carrier bag of opened envelopes/junk mail
Found a bloods form for me which I suppose I had better get done today, as I'm there anyway. Although, thanks to the riots, there still isn't any public transport within a mile of the hospital.[gets extra strong painkillers out the cupboard]
I think I shall do my hair and then sort out some more junk.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
