I'm in but lacking in energy after Legoland yesterday. I did wonder how many Flyladies our coach was passing.
Just basics today and making listy for holiday
I haven't caught up with thread, sorry xx0 -
Urgh i'm shattered already. Dsd2 and i have packed the stuff in my office that i won't need in the next week or so, cleared out the understairs cupboard and have packed about 1/2 the kitchen. I'm really flagging now and am starting to get overwhelmed with what's left to do.
Quick break and then we'll get back to it. :cool:0 -

I felt like that yesterday and this morning. We had done quite a bit really and I found it easier and less overwhelming to pile the stuff we still needed to do in each room. I haven't completely finished yet but at least it is more obvious what I need to do now.
I am trying to get the washing done today as tomorrow is meant to be rubbish for us weather-wise and I would like to turn off the WM tomorrow night and sort out the filters etc just in case anything goes wrong on Friday morning and we need to clear up spills and let them dry outJust finished lunch and am dealing with post before starting again. If I leave the tv on the channel I am watching I will definately go and do it as the next programme stresses me out.

Electrics sorted - sort of - the wiring itself is fine, he suspects the problem may be either the oven or the hob - he couldn't say which.
However it's OK to use for now!
Both the oven and hob are well over 10 years old so it may be time to break open OH's wallet and buy some new stuff!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
Afternoon everyone, sorry i haven't been around but it's been a bit crazy here. He rang sunday night looking to come home so i sent his parents to him. He's now staying with them, he came back out of it and drunk which won't do him any good in the long run. I'm not sure whats gonna happen yet as he's going on about getting his own place to prove himself, i think he's up to something different but if thats what he wants so be it i can't stop him.
I've been doing alot of thinking myself and i think if he doesn't do a complete 180 then i'm heading across the water in october to look at houses and i'll move shortly after. I can still come back every couple of weeks to see the family. I just don't want to put the kids through this anymore and to be honest i just couldn't face him if he decided he wanted a life without us. So i think it would be best to cut ties and move on.:)
I've spent the last few days getting the kids ready for going back to school and lots of talking has went on. So my heads abit everywhere at the minute but i'll get through it, please don't worry about me. :A
Sending big hugs to LL and i hope the op went well.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -

(((hugs))) vanilla. It's tough, but I think you might be right to put a bit of distance between you, to protect yourself and the kids. If KH is going to be unreliable and upset the kids, making it take more effort for him to see them makes sense.
Bathroom is now almost done. Washing on line with no hope of drying. Message left with log supplier. Need to drag myself off the sofa and go and tackle the airing cupboard.0 -
Vanilla.. Dont be daft it is our job to worry about you.. Im glad you are getting things straight in your head and about what you need to do to protect yourself and the children. 3 weeks left of holidays for us
The children are bored witless and I dont think OH is doing much better!! We NEED a day out but it isnt going to happen.. Big Big hugs heading your way xx
washing out on the line..
OH played with the DW.. see how bored he is!
Squeak down for a nap
WMs both just finished again so I need to go hang that lot out.
I discovered there should be enough wool left from the babys cardy to knit a hat too so I am on with that.
Right.. best wake Mr Bored up and kick him out to mince the grass and lift the baskets of washing out for me.. he can go to PO with my ebay gibble thenLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
