JoJo sorry the journey was so awful. Sure you know but flexibility and flat feet are often linked. Two of mine have orthotics as their ligaments are too floppy so their ankles can't support them and roll in resulting in flat feet. Orthotics help to prevent injuries and ascis trainers are good (costly but the dreaded sports direct do the previous season's ones reduced).

    Mopped the floors today
Picked blackberries - froze some, cooked with some, ate lots

Need to tidy the kitchen from dinner
Get the kids to remake 2 beds
do some ironing with dragon's den

    A cuppa first though.

I just wrote out a big post and you guessed it I went to post it and it disappeared
    So I'll try again . . .

I'm in this week. I have 15 days til the ex boyfriend / boyfriend or whatever he is comes down. The EXHUSBAND (I am fully divorced now and have done the papers for deed poll so I can go back to my maiden name! :j ) should be going back to court on the 1st September but neither me or the BF have heard whether we have to go so he's coming down just in case.
My DDs have to do their video interview with the police on Thursday and I've been told I can't go in with them or sit with one while the other is interviewed  so DD2's great auntie is going to take them.
DD1 and I have sorted out the attic after the loft insulation was fitted. They put the insulation over the boarding so we had to move the boarding.

Does anyone have a fool-proof recipe for apple chutney??

The apple tree at the bottom of our garden split in two so I now have loads on windfall baby apples which I hope not to waste :D

DD2's dad kindly came over yesterday and cut up the branches so we can take it to the tip and he also put up our new blind in the front room, the replacement for the one that the XH broke climbing through the window he smashed

Not too bad a day as I was off work, DS made a good job of the lawns so I took him and a friend to the inflatable session at the local pool this afternoon. I used to time to progress with a few more jobs from the list. Not done it all but a lot more than previous few weeks.

    4 girlies depositted in bed.
another binbag filled with shredded books and bits of rubbish the children claim to be their treasured possessions.. BIN! thereby emptying another tesco crate.. I WILL have the bedroom back.. I said it would take 2 weeks and that time was up yesterday! I must get some more lidded storage boxes to go under Tiddles bed for clothes as there are baskets of Squeaks outgrown stuff all over which I can save most of for the baby.
DD3 had stolen a back door key and the memory card from my camera so she is getting a flea in her ear in the morning.

Basket of washing down from my room..

Made a start on packing a hospital bag.. currently amounts to the last half of Squeaks first size pack of nappies.. a packet of STs and some dip. knix.. and my new slippers.. Saves having to wash or wear my honking ones! :D .. Jut needs everything else in it now lol.

And that 20 minutes has my back in agony again.. I never even lifted anything apart from a binbag filled with empty plastic bags and paper and an empty tesco crate! and 5 books to go on the boys shelf!

    Evening all,

I've been slacking today compared to yesterday, i've decluttered 2 shelves. But my Sister's and Niece have been over so i don't mind as we had a lovely day. I've had to do some work as well, in fact i haven't finished yet and i'm so tired i could very easily go to bed now.

My boxes haven't arrived yet , they'll probably come tomorrow when i'm out seeing the letting agent. Decluttering and packing will continue tomorrow. I'm finishing the work i need to do and then going to bed.

everything very quiet at work, I had been warned they may be cuts and my job is the one I would cut, if I owned the company.

Keeping fingers crossed that it remains quiet and your job stays safe.
