    • I'm surprised that nobody actually mentioned Gremlins, which has GOT to be watched as a pairing with It's a Wonderful Life!
    • Any version of A Christmas Carol (including the updated one with Ross Kemp)

    • Wizard of Oz
    I'd LOVE to be able to add The Dark is Rising - a great story set a Christmas - but they made a complete pig's ear of the film. Read the book instead!

    I love most christmas films but my absolute favourite is Fred Claus. I really don't know why but I adore it and could watch it over and over! I'm loving all the christmas movies on at the moment, I'm certainly getting my moneys worth of my Sky+ this mon th lol. :D

    I always watch the 1970 musical "Scrooge" on Christmas Eve.A fine cast including Albert Finney and Alec Guinness and some great sing a long tunes to get you in the Christmas spirit.I defy you not to shed a tear when Tiny Tim sings his solo"On this Beautiful Winters Morning".
