What are the symptoms at the point of failure?

Any messages?

How are they failing? Can you connect to Windows Update? Do you get an error code when installing?

Run the aggressive option. There's also the possibilty the computer is still infected - were you not able to run the aswMBR scan from your previous topic?

The default mode fixes basics to see if it resolves the problem, aggressive mode goes a stage further.
