I have a 60th birthday card to finish..... just the number 6 to do and the back stitch oh and the happy birthday greeting. its this one here

but I don't feel in the mood to do that today and have a day to spend as I please. Can't make up my mind what I fancy stitching ? Don't fancy the housework at the moment and undecided about visiting the shops. Also have my book to read - a faint cold fear by Karin Slaughter then theres the cricket on so decisions decisions....

    Sneaks in and says HELLO!

Sorry I have not been on much, been busy with work and have started night school - doing and HN Unit in Depilation (waxing). My friend wanted to do it but didn't want to go alone. Had fun at work this week as we had some very strong winds and I am based just now in a second storey portakabin - everything kept shaking. NOw I know what is like to be in an earthquake zone lol.

She'll finish it before Monday knowing her!

That mad me laugh - thank you :rotfl:

Having real problems posting on MSE lately. Every time I open the forum page on my PC, it freezes & causes my computer to crash! Anyone else had this???

I remember them when I was a kid - we had a cat named Mog after the cat in this book.

Well I have done some stitching - not much but some. Been in shed trying to save some stuff - t hink I have lost most of my photgraphs if not all - I have tried drying them out but they dont look right - I am so angry with the lad upstairs destroying my roof. To top it all off I am noticing awee bit of damp in the bedroom wall - I don't know what to do. Hubby does have another interview this week. The last one he went to they said he was very good but not at this time - grrrrrrrr.

Any way keep well all - nice to see all your progresses and how you are getting on in your part of the world. Kind wishes

    sweetcarer ;)

Bought some Mouseloft designs to make into coasters for Christmas. I 'could' have blown the designs up and copied them myself but I would have felt bad lol :o Plus, Acrosstown sells them for £1.70 each instead of the £2+ other places do.;)

I got Xmas Party Mouse, Xmas Post Mouse, Santa's Washing (v. cute!) and Xmas Eve Owl. Meant to get Greedy Robin as well but I forgot to click it lol - oops

    Hello:j. I'm just the same!

Been out with old uni friend today, she came down on the train... Happily I live near her sister and we all like sewing:) we went to the patchwork shops 40min away. Too far to go often with price of fuel so was a special treat. I got some lovely fabric for a couple of projects, and so did they.
I shall sort out a ;) on my next day off :j
    Thankuoy! Really no hurry.
