    Hi ladies.

    Pap. Cute mouse!

Mrsmoneypenny. Very nice finished pieces, especially the Hearts and the Orca.

Louise. Sunset Mermaid is beautiful. I love your Christmas UFO too.

Ruth. Meg & Mog is lovely. Hmmm I have an idea or 2 on the mystery piece but will wait for more progress :D

AFM. No stitching done here for a couple of days. Combination of usual aches and pains all at once has made me grumpy the latter half of the week so not in the best mood for stitching.
On the other hand my yearly smear results came back normal so that's good :T
:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:
  • Thank you chicky wiggle. Well the cake, and all 24 buns are iced and ready to go :j, but in the process my kitchen resembles a tip! :o

Now to clean up and start putting decs up ready!
Poor Lottie is still waiting to be ironed and framed. The buns took longer than planned especially as my new icing bag exploded  and I had to hunt out my icing syringe and make friends with it.

I did manage a 5 minute stitch with Darth Duck, and he is coming along nicely.

    The Mermaid is lovely Louise!
    :T
    Well back to the cleaning.
Hope everyone is having a nice evening,

  • Ruth, that Meg and Mog design is brilliant, so fun!

I may have started the baby dragon, I have never had two projects on the go at the same time but I fancied a change. However it is sticthed on 18 count and I have never used that size before, giving me eye strain :o
  • Thanks august was very sweet of you to remember. She had school today but have had all the family round this evening so I have just sat down. But she has had a brilliant day lots of pressies and money so we are going shopping after we have been football training with ds1 in the morning.

No stitching done today or yesterday :( so its still not finished and I spent 2 hours walking around hobbycraft with my mum today ! 2 hours I didn't know it was possible to spend that long in the same shop!

Loving the pics still not sure what the mystery stitch is

Hope everyone has had a good day, and happy birthday to little august for tomorrow hope you have a fabtastic birthday

    Night everyone xxx

  • Just a bit of a late night catch up with you all.

Love your little mouse PAP - he is so sweet :)

Well done mrs.m on your lovely pieces :T

It seems as though it has taken you no time at all to finish your mermaid Louise and she looks absolutely gorgeous :T The framing can work out quite pricey so if you have a few to get done  I'm quite lucky as my DH is quite handy at 'sorting' mine out for me and the end result is more than acceptable for me ;) Looking forward to seeing your 12 days - come on girl at the speed you stitch :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Sorry Ruth_honey can't tell what the mystery pic is yet but Meg and Mog look really cute :T

Sounds as though your dd has had a lovely day maria - bet you are completely worn out by now.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend and that you have a great time at your party tomorrow augustsmummy. No stitching done here today but hope to squeeze some in over the weekend.

I would 23rd but it has no codes  It just has 'colour' ie black. However if you can try and match up the browns and pinks (ie the important shades then I am sure you can bodge it :rotfl: Let me know :D

Oh I didn't realize that about them, what a shame. Although I do have quite a few 99p store threads, so am willing to try!

just have to express my sadness for the lost miners. Such a tragedy. I've a friend who lives in the next village and she's so shocked. Such a loss for the whole community. She posted a beautiful poem on FB. Safari won't let me copy it though.
