Hello girls,
Sorry for not posting in awhile, not been feeling too good. Infact still don't.
I have Tachycardia (fast heart rate) and I have being feeling like it was pounding, so took a trip to see my Dr who was shocked at how fast it was. He thought it could be anaemia again so did bloods. Found that my iron level is ok, but my iron store is low. So that explains my exhaustion!
So my GP has been working on new medications to treat the iron stores level and help with the tachycardia.
Then I finally get my operation date on Friday for this Wednesday! Talk about short notice!
So have been panicking all weekend about what to do with my little ones whilst I am in hospital (which if everything goes well is 2 nights, but if I bleed again post op it could be weeks). Actually pretty scared I will bleed again or they will puncture something and I will need a much bigger op.
So not been feeling too chirpy. I haven't finished "on the beach" as yet, just haven't felt like stitching or anything else really. But I think my dad will understand after I burst in to tears on the phone I was in such a state.
Sorry Ladies for the mope.
Hope everyone else is doing ok? Hope recovery is going ok Tricksie!

OK, this MSE site is freaking me out now, it's like it knows me inside and out! And now I've found this thread, and I have 3 cross stitch projects sitting half finished - I think someone must me spying on me!
So, in the spirit of the thread, I commit to completing my yellow flowers picture by Mid 2012, then see how I go with the others.# 38 Pay one debt 2012 Dec 2011, Dad - £200/£200 :T but with a tear in my eye, as Dad sadly passed away in March# 1524 SPC 5 - Everything under a pound in purse potted0 -
Thanks for the welcome Observer!

I CAN'T DO FRENCH KNOTS!!!!!
ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY
that is all....0 -
Morning ladies and welcome to all our newbies :hello:
I understand your frustration with french knots abatha - mine are a bit of a hit and miss affair - sometimes they are spot on and other times they 'disappear'. I have a feeling that someone posted a link/instructions on here a short time ago. Good luck with them.
Finally got the tree up - trying to get into the festive spirit and all that. The couple of tree decs that came with the cross stitch crazy mag - stocking and bauble are complete and hanging on the tree. Colours are just right to match with the colour scheme.
Years ago I did a nativity triptych - in the early days of starting cross stitch and I haul it out each year. Will try to post of piccie later.
Your little robin is so cute 23rd
Thoughts are with you tricksie - hope you are feeling better soon.
Hope all goes well for you AM and that you are sorted and back home with your family in good time for santa coming. Good luck.
Can't seem to get my head around starting any other stitchy project atm - could be that there is just so much going on atm.
Take care everyone
