    Morning
Felt as flat as a pancake in bed last night, i'm really missing mum which I suppose isn't too surprising as its only been 4 months since she died. I keep hoping that it's all been a mistake and she will pull up outside my house and walk down the path with a big smile like she always used to. I'm off to the crematorium to sit in the gardens for a bit.
Hope everyone manages to have a good day x

(((hugs))) to all in need. There seem to be so many at the moment. Don't think the weather is helping.

We're off to the tattoo tonight with S'SIL and PIL. I think we are going to get soaked. But I've never been so am really looking forward to it. Dog is hiding as he's worked out there is a car journey in the offing. Not his favourite pastime.

Bacon sarnies for lunch - forgot DH was going to have to go in for wardround or they would have been breakfast. Must remember to get fish out for tomorrow night before we leave.

Have a great day all. :p to the weather.

Take 2 large bin bags each with you, one to sit in and one with a hole cut out for your head, I have made a hooded cape with a bin bag before now, you need to use the bottom of the bag as a hood about 6 inches down cut out a piece for your face, make sure you can breathe ok,

We have done Tattoo's many times and the bags have saved us from a soakiing, it can also be quite cold so they help to keep you warm.

Thanks. I've got waterproof tops and trousers. Also ski thermals. I am prepared :D Really looking forward to it.

ETA: Can't believe I've unpacked ski thermals in August.

Dandy-candy is does get easier but it takes time. When my lovely mum died I kept 'forgetting' she wasn't there any more and buying things for her or going to ring her up and tell her some gossip. Each time I remembered it hit me like a sack of stones and put me right back. But gradually all the raw bits soften and you won't miss her any less but you will smile when you think about her instead of crying. :)

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
