I've used this one for years

    http://www.avonshop.co.uk/product.asp?prod=17607&returnto=catalog.asp?cat=12377&mnu=27

It's not exactly cheap but it lasts for ages as you only need a little of it, I'm trying not to brag and I appreciate that I have good genes anyway as neither of my parents look their age but I turn 40 in two weeks time and two people thought I was in my mid to late 20's last month. I swear it's down to this stuff, if I wake up with naff skin I look 100% better after applying this.

My friends and I have debates about whether it is "ay-kwee-us" or "ah-kwee-us" - what can I say, there are not many men around at the moment to talk about :D

I saw the Avon book last week in Bulgaria. Exactly the same book, but the price was the same in Leva as we have in £'s!! Lev is about 1/3 of £, so have told my sis-in-law not to show me the book any more, as I'll only order from it, and I am trying to save money.
So I think in future that's where I'll buy my Avon goodies, unless its something I need in a hurry..............................although with all the Boots bargains I've had so far this year, it could be ages before I actually NEED anything!!

Aqueous cream is pronounced Ack-wee-us. Way my doc pronounces it anyway.

Don't know whether this should have a seperate thread, but you can get 2 men's moisturiser for £5 from Avon. Normal price is £7.50 for one. Looks like a bargain to me.

Yes you can buy Avon online, but i wouldnt bother, i have the confirmation of an order i placed online on the 17th February. I am still waiting - so patiently that i dont really want the order now, so i am not going to chase them up on it. I havent been charged, but if i do they will get the sharp end of my tongue.

If they have it in their t+cs that say delivery will be within 28 days or whatever than you are quite within your rights to pull out as they are in breach of contract. Check them out.

Can anyone tell me how to pronounce 'Acqueous'...I'm assuming it's something like 'ack-wee-us' but I'd feel silly if I asked for it in the shop and they didn't know what I was on about :o
    Thanks

    I say it "AY-QUEE-US" i think its a case of tom-ay-toe or tom-art-o
