Do you get annoyed when people dont leave feedback ?

I don't give feedback if I have had an annoying experience with a buyer/seller or the item is sub-standard, but not quite to the point of being mis-described.
I have had several. A top that yes it did still have the tags on, but a deodarant mark was showing, on the arm pits and stunk (BNWT?)
Others if they have been delivered smelling extremely smoky and the smell won't disappear, a seller/buyer has been rude to me, etc.
My feeling is if I neutralled some of these people, I would end up with a neg as retaliation. For me that isn't worth it, so I just don't leave feedback.
I'm not really bothered about getting feedback when I buy from eBay. As a seller, I do like to know that the item has arrived safely, especially if it's expensive and/or fragile.0 -
I have 3 fb currently but have completed over 100 purchases in the last month. Who cares? FB only matters for sellers. The average seller has no control over who gets to 'buy' their item. Frankly I'd rather not have a list of my past purchases available for all to see. Since I am buying for my business which is internet based......0

Yes I do.
As a buyer I leave feedback as soon as I have received the item and checked all is OK with it.
As a seller, I wait for the buyer because I want to make sure everything is fine before I leave my final comments. If I leave them positive and say they were a great buyer, then they leave me neg for any reason I feel cheated LOL.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

everythingblogcast wrote:Yes. As a just join member I bought two t-shirts and they were great so i done the feedback however the seller didnt and ebay will not remove the feedback I give the seller. So unfair, thats 2 points down the tube.
If both items were from the same seller then your feedback score would only increase by 1 - even if they gave you two feedbacks,Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0 -
Not had chance to read the whole thread, but non feedback is like an little annoyance for me!
I like to receive feedback so that it ends the transaction, and then I will leave them feedback.
If I don't receive feedback, and usually leave it a month and then send them a friendly reminder. But leave it as that - no point hassling!0 -
I'd like everyone who I do a transaction with to leave feedback but it doesn't always happen, I don't get annoyed about it though.I :heart2: saving money0

Just discovered selling manager (which is free) which has a tick box email thing so you can pester all buyers that haven't left feedback yet with an automated-type email pestery thing
Bit paranoid that may irritate people though & cause them to leave neutrals/negs; especially as I've been "honest" of late i.e. if a seller has been rubbish in response to a complaint, I've told them so & have recieved a string of retaliatory feedbacks for my trouble:mad: I hate having unfair negs/neutrals on my profile
Yes it would annoy me. As a purchaser I only leave feedback after the seller has left his/hers. By paying promptly I have completed my side of the bargain. If I am nagged by a seller who hasn't left me any feedback they get the following " Here is the feedback you have been hounding me for " or similar. Whether it is neutral or negative depends on the amonunt of nagging!0 -
I don't have the time to worry about it. As a buyer i do it in bulk when i get around to it, irrelevent if the seller has already left feedback. As a seller i do it is bulk for everyone that has left me feedback usually a week or two after the Auction closes. After a month or two and i haven't heard anything from the buyer i usually leave feedback then. I always state that if there is a problem to please contact me so i can only assume that if i have had no contact their is no problem.0

I assume you will send the seller an email informing them that you have recieved the item and there are no outstanding issues between buyer and seller otherwise you will find that you are in a stand off with the sellers who are waiting for notification of receipt and no issues.0 -
Actually I wonder if someone on here has just bought from one of my ids. I 'borrowed' a phrase from something posted a while ago to the effect that when buyer had received item and was happy if they let me know I would then leave feedback for them to end the transaction.
Really though I sometimes leave it straight away and I sometimes just wait until they do let me know they have item, or they leave feedback for me. As I posted earlier I'm not really that bothered by feedback so once I post an item at Post office i tend to forget it.
Anyway, I got an email yesterday from someone thanking me for sending item so quickly and instructing me to leave her positive feedback 'immediately' as per the terms of my sellers account? She says that I am obliged to leave feedback as she paid so quickly, and if I don't then she will leave none for me.
It just seemed odd especially as we have this thread here. I haven't responded to her, nor will I and nor will I leave any feedback. I don't need the one feedback from her so I'll just write it off.
Looking at her feedback she has quite a bit, well into triple figures, yet has only actually left about a tenth of the amount in return.
