    Nope.
But I get incredibly annoyed by sellers persistently harassing me for feedback.
    .

    Oh yes, me too.

I had one a while back, I had been a little unhappy with the transaction she had been a most demanding buyer, wanting items sent immediately, questioning post and packing and asking me to reduce it to second class to save money, then whining when it didn't arrive next day. I decided on balance not to leave feedback.

Anyway she starts hassling me and every few dys I would get an email saying 'where's my feedback' or 'sellers must leave feedback it's in the rules'. In the end I emailed back and explained that I did not feel the selling experience had been positive, so if she continued to hassle me for feedback I would report her for harrassment and leave a feedback rating that I though would reflect on my experience of dealing with her. I did not threaten to leave a neg or a neutral, but she obviously realised she wasn't going to get a positive and that was the last I heard.

Oddly enough she was suspended for no reason I can see the last time I looked, bad karma maybe?

  • I get anoyed when sellers don't leave feedback to confirm prompt payment, at least until after you as a buyer leave feedback. I know its to allow them to better reply to any negative feedback, but to get round this, I only leave buyer feeback after they leave feedback for me. Paul

Very wise, maybe if we creep away now, cackling, they won't notice.

It's all my fault anyway, I was only saying to someone earlier we hadn't had a thread about feedback for ages..

    Doomed.

FB's an optional act of courtesy. So not leaving feedback is discourteous. However. . .

Asking for feedback is the biggest discourtesy of all because it's self-inflicted: it makes the person who's asking look really, really desperate.

I don't like when people don't leave feedback - especially when I have lpaid promptly and left positive for them.

But I would never email to ask for it - after a few weeks I just delete it from the screen and forget about it.

  • I always leave feedback, but 1 time i forgot, easy mistake and the seller sent me a message everyday asking for it. I normally would straight away as soon as i realised, but there was no way i was going to leave it now.
  • She didn't deserve a pos, but I wouldn't have wanted to neg her. A neutral is nearly as bad as a neg, so I left nothing. Does that make me rude - not wanting to leave bad feedback?

    I completely agree.

I don't give feedback if I have had an annoying experience with a buyer/seller or the item is sub-standard, but not quite to the point of being mis-described.

I have had several. A top that yes it did still have the tags on, but a deodarant mark was showing, on the arm pits and stunk (BNWT?)

Others if they have been delivered smelling extremely smoky and the smell won't disappear, a seller/buyer has been rude to me, etc.

My feeling is if I neutralled some of these people, I would end up with a neg as retaliation. For me that isn't worth it, so I just don't leave feedback.

It annoys me when people don't bother, particularly when I've left them good feedback.

    I think it's a bother when you're striving towards a certain star/feedback level.
