    It's C&W, the reseller they use on my exchange. I'm absolutely convinced its 13mbps throughput. Regardless of what I'm doing 13.8mbps is the max I've managed anywhere. I'm narrowing down on the sync rate problem. Are you a member on the kitz forum short seller? They've been pretty helpful so far and I don't want to keep double posting! lol
