some people are just unlucky you know and this lady/gent may also just be a bit naive, we dont really know. Please try to be supportive to this person, rather than making a joke about it, you dont know them and you are potentially judging them a little unfairly. Its a good job people do stand up to bad employers and maybe they will think twice about treating staff so poorly in future, but as I said, no one but the aggrieved knows the true story and I would rather believe the person who is asking for help and support. groan over!0

As I say to everyone who comes on and moans about people who are responding - you are free to trounce all our advice by giving your own which will obviously knock ours out of the water.
