    As for the injections well unfortunatly for me the area I live in does not accept children without them I checked.

    I would check again- make sure it is a state run nursery/preschool rather than a private day nursery (they can set their own rules) but they should not exclude a child based on health issue. They may well ask for their records but they are not allowed to refuse a place to the child based on this alone. Every child matters 'n that!
