I got this one too and my partner who works in IT was horrified. Have just mailed off a complaint and hope to hear back soon as think it should be brought to the attention of whoever the regulators are. When we sign up for stuff I think there is legislation which prevents unauthorised use of our information and they are clearly negligent here. Will be watching this thread carefully.

I entered the competition and did tick for the email but havent received anything yet. I'll look out for it though.

I got this one sent to two of my email addies and thought it was terrible. I want to send Vimto an email complaining but am not very good at this sort of thing. Could someone please give me an idea of what to say. Thankyou. (And should I send it once or twice?)

I just wrote a brief email saying what the problem was, that my privacy had been violated, and questioned what they were going to do about it. Short and sweet!

i just complained said i put my trust in them and it was broken thanks to this email and i hope they are going to sort it.. thanks for the link i didnt even think to complain when it came through. case of vimto would come in very handy with a 16 month old who drinks far to much juice.

Wonder if we'll all be offered a case of vimto. I'm not sure that I'd trust them with my postal address now. :huh:
