It's great that everybody is chipping in and posting comps that they have found.
I'm sure there are loads more comps posted on here now, than when I first joined up.
Keep 'em coming!:beer:0 -

I think it would be a mistake to obsessively enter and re-enter competitions in the hope of winning, for a kick off, it wont do your head any good. If you are doing it, there's bound to be other people doing the same thing. There are plenty of competitions about without having to do this,
Its all about luck and keeping a balance in your life. Have fun.0 -
I try not to but it's difficult keeping track of all the comps. Like Busybody and tigergold Ive yet to win but it doesn't stop me trying. Have only been doing comps for about 5 years though! must be my turn soon!:EasterBun Everyone seems normal until you get to know them0

I, like others, use the thanks button to keep track of the comps. If you use Loquax, they can track them for you, complicated seeming but you get used to it.
Another idea I had was to have a word document permanently open and do "print screen" on competitions and then do Control V (holding down control and pressing V) to paste the compeition details into the document, that works quite well if you are not lazy, like me.0 -
By no means am i a prolific winner of competitions compared with many others, but i did learn to try and diversify when entering comps after a first couple of years of practically ZILCH.I know slogans/tiebreaker comps are less common than they used to be and require a bit more time to dream up, but they are worth a go as they generally attact fewer entries AND, usually you can enter more than once.I always read T&C carefully before trying to submit more than one entry for a comp as it would be a shame for anyone to get disqualified at the first hurdle and have wasted there time when they could have been entering others.Good Luck to one and all!:beer:0

I never enter more than once. I tend to become bored if I enter a comp several times. For me comping is for fun, if I became bored it would be a chore, not fun.0

one other point i would like to bring up is sometimes you see the same prize being offered but under different sites, so is it one comp company running it , in these cases i do enter the comps as i am never sure.0
