Yeh I've looked everywhere for a standard terms and conditions which I can edit to inlcude my own closing date and my website name but I can't find anything. So I think I will have to copy and paste some from another site. Anyone got a recommendation?

  • Thanks to everyone who has posted here. I'm definitely going to sign up for some of these magazines. Are the competitions posted on this site ever tie-break ones or mainly prize draws? You used to see lots of tie-breaker entry forms in supermarkets, especially Sainsburys but they have seemed to disappear.

I used to love competitors companion, especially checking on the winning tiebreakers and reading someones opinion (I dont remember her name, but she won everything!! I stopped buying when she retired) of tie breakers, she once slated one and it was mine!! But I had won and I like it!!

I havent won anything for years, but I am starting again!!

  • There is a site here which tells you what you need to include in your T&C although it doesn't have an actual template for them

    Thanks for that.

Here's a hint for those of you who like posting comps: I've found loads of them by typing in 'terms and conditions competition' and 'terms and conditions prize draw' in Google.

i think her name was joy, her page was called something like "The joy of winning" I used to like her page as well.

I go to the Loquax site for competitions in my opinion its the best and has a good mix of postal and online comps

I have a weird thing about joining the online comp sites, I don't know why, I'm sure there are good ones out there but I only use MSE. I think the comp magazines seem very expensive - the ones I've seen want you to pay for at least 6 months up-front.
